Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make arrangement to protect tiles, plumbing items, sanitary fittings, etc under the slab, etc by gunny bags with sand or any other suitable arrangement and quoted rates shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or any thickness in floors, dado etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets as in roof coverings etc including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n exc 100m where complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coating/APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet, surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease and applying evenly a priming coat industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 0.40 litre/sqm and provide a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for Roof Treatment in as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing any debris, Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) Applying one coat of Elastomeric PU Based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying two coats of undiluted PU Based liquid membrane, having Elongation more than 400%, Tensile Strength more than 2 N/mm2 and alkali & fungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make : Asian/Fosroc/ Dr Fixit etc Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment

M&L for joint less non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 10mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified are as under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement (e) Applying mix of of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP in the ratio 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instructions complete (f) Filling with P:C:C 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

Taking down / dismantling ceiling plaster,cutting surface in square or rectangular pattern & remove loose material all around the exposed reinforcement, binding/ welding mild steel XPM wire to exposed reinforcement,applying the concrete rich mix 1:1.5:3, using 6mm stone aggregate and making the surface level and curing for 6-7 days and ceiling plaster in 1:3 etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rough cast finish plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over & including 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm (nominal area) size main cable & one run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS with multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked cables, drawn through & including suitable size of heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia & conduit fittings/accessories, fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) 02 runs of 4 sqmm size main cable, 01 run of 4 sqmm size earth continuity conductor cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose. (ii) Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for sand cushioning using clean local Tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of underground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
