Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc .

M&L for Brick work using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Lobour only for Brick work built in CM (1:6) with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with reusing the old bricks obtained from item no 1 .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster .

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound on fair face of brick or concrete surface,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete .

Supply only integral waterproofing compound

M&L for three coats of white wash to the wall surfaces after preparation to the new plastered surfaces .

Dismantling mild steel work of any description.

S&F in mild steel work as in posts, purlins,rafters and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) distance pieces, cleats etc including necessary welding Fe 410 W (Gde E - 250) quality A grade of steel.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or steel based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.

Dismantling of existing worn out barbed wire fencing all as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks for embeddings MS angle iron etc all as specified .

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified .

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken bricks all as specified .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 100 mm thick as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Yellow/red) coloured with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation all as specified .

M&L for continues brick edging with burnt clay brick work with sub class ‘B’ with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically.

M&L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones lime or sand stone of size 20 cm x 30cm,dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 40mm thick type B0 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in Jafri wall set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any guage,thickness,including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc

S&F pre -painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile stength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall , fixed with self tapping screw as specified .

S&F Pre- painted galvalume zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridges etc , fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S & F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed in roof with L Type or J Type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws.

Disconnecting existing tanks of (exc 500 &1000 litres in capacity), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulated pipes etc for exc 500 &n exc 1000 ltr capacity Tank..

S&F in repair 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coat ed Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0mm-210gms)
