Carrying out Sub Soil investigation (SSI) for all type of soil (except boring in rock) upto depthof 30 m or refusal (N=100) for each foundation location as per IRC 78-2014 and submission of SSI report to the Engineer in charge for approval . Preparation & submission of Design calculation & Drawings of foundation , sub structure,Super structure as relevant IRC Codes and SSI Report , 2( two) each of Design& Drawing of each bridge to be submitted for approval and 8 ( eight)copies after approval of competent authority.

Open Graded premix Surfacing : Providing , laying rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thk composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen ( 60-70 Gr) or bitumen impulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller of 8-10 ton capacity to the required level and grade. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant and including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory as directed by the department). ' Mechanical method using Penetration grade Bitumen ( 60/70 or VG-30 grade) and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes / hour .

Seal Coat (Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
