Steel tubular swaged poles of type 410-SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts ,screws and pole cap and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed. ( Note:Excavation ,earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately )

Switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, having current rating upto 400 Amps for working pressure 11000 Volts with drop out type fuse assembly complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparing the surface all as specified and as directed.

Pin type insulator , porcelain, vitreous white / brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one nut (galvanized iron) , for size of 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade insulator all as specified and as directed.

Disc type insulator(Single disc assembly) , porcelain, vitreous white / brown of size of 145 mm height, 255 mm dia ball and socket type for 11000 volts grade insulator all as specified and as directed.

Galvanized iron tubing 80mm bore light grade with all fitting laid in trenches/wall/floor/pole for protection of cable including providing fixing clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:Excavation ,earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty ) 1100 volts(Earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

All as per Item No: 12 above but depth exceeding beyond 1.5mtr and not exc 3 metre all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Bricks Sub class 'B' , best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

PCC ( 1:3:6 )Type C-2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copping of electric pole (set in cement mortar 1:4) at site including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Earthing complete with COPPER plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to COPPER STRIP of size 20x3mm up to 7.5 mtr by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of tinned brass, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering,including charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers and filling earth pit with fresh vegetable soil below copper plate and above upto ground level as required and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed. Note:1. Earthing Installation shall be done in the presence of Engineer in charge. 2. Earth resistance shall not exceed 1 ohm.
