Arrangement of safety equipments for the protection of staff and machine to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Plugging of total sewage water entering into the channel by desisting of channel with the help of suction machine and manual labour and making necessary arrangement with gunny bags and providing dewatering system to make the area workable and removal of all floating material, silt from the channel and dumping the same outside as per site requirement.

Dismantling / removal of existing bar screen from the channel after cutting of all rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter, welding machine and re-fastening other fastener by required tools & tackles and chain pulley block as per site requirement.

Dismantling / removal of existing conveyor belt with its all-mechanical parts by required tools & tackles and chain pulley block as per site requirement.

Dismantling of motor, gear box, upper sprocket, lower sprocket with shaft and other mechanical parts removing and shifting to outside by deploying technical staff, labour, special type tripod, T&P, tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement.

Renovation / repairing overhauling bar screen by replacement of all as required damaged rusted flat stripe, angle and making proper alignment with the help of gas cutter, welding machine, grinding machine and other necessary tools & tackles as per site requirement complete in all respect.

Renovation / repairing overhauling conveyor belt by replacement of worm out conveyor rollers complete with bearing, side spiraling plates and repairing of damaged M.S structure and machining work for proper alignment and balancing as required complete in all respect.

Renovation / repairing overhauling both gearbox of bar screen and conveyor belt by repairing of damaged mechanical parts as worm gear, worm shaft, making bearing seat in housing and at the shaft on both side, replacement of oil seal, bearing including the machining charge and lubrication.

Renovation / repairing of guider of both side of bar screen for smooth working (up & down) and grouting the guider with strengthening in the side wall with the help of civil work, using platform and tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Repairing of conveyor foundation and replacement of nut bolts.

Fixing of complete required bar screen with its all dismantled mechanical parts with alignment at proper level by the help of chain pulley block, manual labour and heavy long beam crane safety equipments and other tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Providing & Fixing of requirred cable for bar Screen & Conveyor with all allied required electrical accessories in all respect.

Fixing of complete required conveyor belt with its all dismantled mechanica! parts with alignment at proper level by the help of chain pulley block, manual labour, safety equipments and other tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Fixing of both gear box of bar screen and conveyor belt.

Testing & commissionin of bar screen and conveyor belt on full load.
