Providing, shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of Horizontal submersible mono block pump set at pumping station Chenani stage-0 with following specifications:- Make-Kirloskar / KSB / CRI / or other equivalent make, Discharge-10000 GPH,Head- 21-29 meter,RPM-2900, Motor make- KSB /CRI / or other equivalent make, Speed-2900,Voltage-400+15%. Job includes carriage of mono submersible pump-motor set and allied equipments / material from Jammu / workshop to road side Chenani stage-0 by Mechanical transport and then from road side to site of installation by head load using tools and tackles, chain pulley block etc. Extraction of damaged / broken pipes and thereafter lowering of new mono submersible pump set in the source by providing /fabrication and fitment of GI pipes, adopters with flanges, nuts and bolts, bends etc. as per size and specifications of the mono bloc in lieu of damaged / twisted components complete with gas cutting and welding work using superior quality electrodes including connecting with the rising main. Job also covers providing and fitting of new submersible copper cable 4mm2 approximately 40 meters in length. Thereafter testing the system on no and full load. Job further including providing and fitting of MUG starter suitable for 10 HP motor.Complete job includes cost of material, machinery and equipment, manual carriage charges, transportation charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
