SCHEDULE A PART XIV ( MISC ITEMS OF WORKS) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm and one run of 4 Sqmm for earth continuous earth wire including suitable PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of PVC cable 4 sqmm & one runs of earth wire 4 sqmm will be considered as one unit.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal electric driven, pumping set complete with suitable size of electric motor suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, and minimum 5 LPS discharge at 18 mtr head complete mounted on common base frame, connecting 3 core copper cable from starter to motor and including PCC foundation as per OEM specifications, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Forced brass Reflex Valve (Non return) with by-pass arrangement of size 50mm bore with flanged ends of class PN 25 confirming to BS-5154, ISI marked including all jointing materials such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Granular Chemical Dosing system suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH comprising plunger operated dosing pump, coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM assembly wih agitator, dosing and agitator in single motor, agitator with stainless steel sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank of 150 litres capacity, PVC suction and delivery pipe line with threaded coupling complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly painted with anti-corrosive paint including following works/accessories :- (a) Necessary provision of suction and dscharge ferrule arrangement in the existing CI/DI pipe line of 200 mm dia. (b) Provision of necessary sub main wiring using 4 x 2.5 sqmm + 2 x 2.5 sqmm copper conductor wire multistranded FRLS as earthwire drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable dia and approximately 6.00 metre length. (c) Provision of DB with sheet metal enclosure 240 volts, 04 way with 200 amps rated bus bar, single pole and neutral double door type for MCBs including 01 MCB four pole 32 Amps capacity and mounting work as required in position. (d) Provision of one MCB TP 6 to 16 amps capacity with 'C' curve, 415 volts. (Make of Dosing System : All as per E-in-C approved make)

Supply and fixing of Forced brass Foot valve of size 50 mm bore PN-6 with operating iron wheel , flanged/scewed ends, ISI marked, confirming to IS 4038 with brass strainers including all jointing material such as rubber gaskets nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Construction of valve pit of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm ( internal dimension) brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed. PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), PCC coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) rendering, 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar. Mild steel angle iron 50 x 50 x 6mm frame, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting of all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the steel surfaces embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint suitable for 50mm dia, complete and all other relevant works all as specified and shown on drawings.

Material and labour for Puff insulated three layer rotational mounted polythylene water storage tank with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of 1000 Ltr Capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Puff insulated three layer rotational mounted polythylene water storage tank with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of 500 Ltr Capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Lagging to pipes used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with, 40mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed ‘SNAP ON’ pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh and with 0.01mm aluminium foil for 80mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting existing CI /GI pipe of size upto 150mm for taking new connection including all fittings, joints etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of catchment area at tapping of existing natural water resources with using aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded, sand in foundation filling, including provison of sedimentation tanks - 02 Nos of minimum 2000 ltrs capacity each by using PCC Type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks and including rendering and cement base paint complete. Both sedimentation tanks should have internally linked with each other at a difference level of height 1.5 mtr and nesessary RCC cover of tanks shall be provided within the overall cost qoted and all as directed and approved prior to construction at site by the Gsrrrison Engineer complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory assembled diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 200 KVA/160 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts, AC, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine comprising IS/IEC 60034-1, ISO-3046, IS-1460, ISO-9001, ISO-8528 & IS-13018. DG set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC/RCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:- (i) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 6 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replacement paper element, air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air after cooler (c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response. (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing (e) Dual fuel filter system: Pre & main filter including water separator and Water in Fuel sensor (f) Integral set- mounted radiator system, designed for 50oC ambient temperature (g) Full flow spin on lube oil filter with plate type lube oil cooler. (h) 1 No of 12 Volts DC lead acid batteries having 3 year warranty with terminals and cables (j) Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature (k) Bty charging alternator, 12 Volts DC self starter, Fuel pipe C Class STIC of suitable size (l) Emergency stop button (m) Lubricant oil heater to avoid freezing (n) Cold starting kit.

(ii) Alternator :- (a) Brushless Exitation type, Screen protected, Revolving field, Self excited alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1, Suitable rated at 0.8 PF, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, self excited and self regulated with AVR, screen protected, drip proof, suitable insulation class, self ventilated for engine as mentioned here-in-before (b) 3 Phase reconnectable copper winding with terminals brought out for connection (c) Sealed bearings for alternator. (d) Having IP 23 Enclosure, H class of insulation, Voltage regulation +/-1% (iii) DG Control Panel :- (A) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather proof and consists of the following parts :- (b) Micro processor based DG controller module (c) Aluminium bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/outgoing terminals (d) Indicating lamps for 'Load on' and 'Set Running' (e) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled (f) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections

(IV) DG Controller :- (A) Microprocessor based generator Controller system to set monitoring, metering and control system, with LCD display such as the following paramters :- (a) Control System : Digital electronic governing & remote start-stop (b) Engine metering : Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Battery voltage, Engine speed (c) Alternator metering :- Line to line voltage and line to neutral voltage, Current (Single and 3 Phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. (d) Engine Protection :- Low lube oil preseure High/Low coolant temperature, over speed, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to Crank/Start, Sensor failure. (e) AC Alternator protection :- Over /Under voltage, over/under frequency,Over current, Short circut and Loss of AC sensing. (f) Data logging :- Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes 12/24 Volt DC operation sleep mode. (V) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MOEF/CPCB.

(VI) Mounting arrangement and fuel tank :-Engine and alternator are mounted on a common mild steel fabricated base frame with AVM pads.Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hours factory made HR/MS sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (VII) AMF Panel :- Microprocessor/relay based pedestal mounted indoor use AMF control panel of suitable rating made up of 3mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure duly painted with powder coated double contactor type mains and alternator with necessary aluminium bus bar for 3 phase, 4 wire system including necessary relays, timer, fuses, interconnection copper cabling work including fixing on floors by grouting, PCC work complete.

(VIII) Acoustic enclosure :- (a) Designed to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA@ 01 metre at 75% load under free field conditions. (b) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/sheet metal base frame painted in black. (c) High quality noise absorbant and fire retardent grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS-8183. (d) Two point/base lifting for easy handling at site. (e) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load. (f) UV resistant powder coating of all the parts to withstand extreme environment. (g) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel. (h) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure. (j) Inside illumination -01 No LED fitting of suitable capacity.

(X) First filling of lubricants, coolent and fuel :- (a) First filling of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendatios and diesel during testing for 12 hours as per contract provisions. Notes :- (a) The cost of necessary PCC foundation for mounting of DG set as per manufaturer's recommenations and design shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) DG set shall be supplied alongwith original acoustic enclosure of the manufacturer suitable for 200 KVA DG set as per CPCB norms. (c) Precommissioning of DG set shall be carried out by the representative of accepting officer within overall cost qouted. (d) Complete DG set shall be included in over all cost quoted.

(b) OUTGOING:- (i) MCCB 125 Amps 25 KA, 415 volts, Four Pole, micro processor based with adjustable thermal setting- 06 Nos (ii) MCCB 63 Amps, 25 KA, 415 volts, Four Pole with adjustable thermal setting - 04 Nos (iii) MCCB 40 Amps, 25 KA, 415 volts, Four Pole with adustable thermal setting - 03 Nos (iv) Internal wiring of the panel board with single core copper cable PVC insulated of suitable size and control fuses. (v) Cable entry with double compression glands and two nos earthing terminals

Supply and laying rubber matting ISI marked 19mm thick of 1 x 2 metre size to cover the area in front of indoor control panels and LT equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Material and labour for junction boxes of size 300 x 250 x 150mm made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA Sheet powder coated front hinged door with openable and self closing arrangement including aluminium bus bar 4 Nos of 63 Amps mounted on epoxy cast post insulators and making holes and cable glands for connections and MCB SPN 6 Amps - 01 No. all as required and fixed to poles with MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 40 x 6 mm and including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for Sub class 'B' bricks (old size) laid with its longitudinal axis perpendicular to the cable axis as in cable protection covers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting and fixing in poistion, 9 mtr long and type 410 SP-31 steel tubular swaged and welded poles, IS-2731 marked with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles) pole cap/finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc complete, including painting outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat or red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, Earth work etc to be measured & paid fof separately.
