Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. Providing laying spreading and compacting of granular sub material adding the designed quanitity of cement using truck mounted self propelied cement spreader. The cement spreader shall have variable working width with microprocessor controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregates shall be in in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler. The recyclers shall have working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. The recyclers shall have nozzles and spray bars for water for in situ mixing of the cement aggregates, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve designed Unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of sub base (GSB+2% OPC) (Part-A District- Hamirpur Ch. 74.550 to 98.000)
