Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Contractor should be registered in PWD in class IV and above in civil category

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contractor shall adhere to the conditions prescribed in KW 1 tender document

Contractor shall submit annual turnover certificate for the past 5 years i.e.from year 2020-21 to 2024-25(Contract receipts)

Achieved in at least TWO financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs20.00 lakhs in the past 5 years i.e.from year 2020-21 to 2024-25

Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor at least one similar work such as construction of compound wall or building of value not less than Rs.5.00 Lakhs in the past 5 years i.e.from year 2020-21 to 2024-25

Bankers certificate/ LOC for Rs.3.00 lakhs in the format as prescribed in KW1 document
