M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto uncourse, well bonded bedded & solidely hearted, built in CM (1:6) including laying 75mm bore PVC pipe in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as per IS 383 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer of 10 mm thick and 5mm thick each with using Water Proofing Compound @ 3% of weight of cement shall be mixed with cement mortar in finishing outer layer only, as per manufacturer instruction, on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. [Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only].

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cleaning with scrappers, any number of coats any width or girth etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over a coat of birla white super fine putty finish as required and as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer on new surfaces of walls all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and binding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS-2465-2003 of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floor over and including 50 micron polythene film laid complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labor for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of 7 to 8mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm as in floors etc conforming to IS-13712, grade B-II-(a) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including cement screed bed/bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm dia mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm and n exc 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets of trapozoidal profile & of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as in roof complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S& F for GI Powder coated (Minimum 50 Micron) snap grid frame work for false ceiling of 605 x 605mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 1mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.70mm thick, cross tee shall be 23mm x 28mm x 0.70mm thick and wall angle shall be 20mm x 20mm x 0.70mm thick conforrming to IS: 733, 737 & IS:1285 ; complete all as per manufacturers instructions & specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n.exc.63mm (using broken stone or boulders) deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc.15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection; path / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc 2.00 sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extrs cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of motar for laying floor finishes in cement plaster 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including forming fair finished to drain channel complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form, moulds, mitrred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix second class hard wood, plain, solid,straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as directed.

M&L for 30mm thick 2nd class HW plain, framed, paneled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWR commerical ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneering on both faces.
