STMC work for 2 Nos. of Roads for an aggregated length of 16.261 km under Sambalpur (R and B) Division-II, (Package-2)

Chaurpur to Ghanteswari road (Ch.0/000K.M. to 11/393K.M.) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Providing and filling sand with good river course sand and well-watered & rammed etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(AR, P-08/15)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4 cm size black hard broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry including cost of all materials, concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of Grade-M20 in following works using 20mm size & down graded hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry in specified proportion including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in proper position. Straightening bent up or coiled M.S. rod or HYSD steel (Fe-415 / Fe-500), cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required), the M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as per drawing & design required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rod or HYSD steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. rod or HYSD steel only. Steel bars of only manufacturing companies such as S.A.I.L. of Fe-415 / Fe-500 grade are to be used in the work & if required original bill of S.A.I.L. steel has to be produced by the contractor)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler....

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.(AR, P-168/44).
