Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate 50% of the amount put to tender & of similar nature of work from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the original certificated and attach the scanned file to the tender. The original certificate shall be produced at the time of opening of Tenders. (Last 5 financial years)

Third party consultants may be engaged for checking quality and quantity of work and to prevent any misuse. Proper reporting methods, through these agencies and their comments to be reviewed / addressed immediately at District level. Quality of work is of most importance.

If any dates mentioned above happens to be a holiday, the next working day and the same time and venue holds good in lieu of the date mentioned

The contractor should scan the work done certificate, GST number, PAN and Registration certificates and other documents. If not scanned above certificates such tenders will be rejected

As per Karnatka State Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Blore dated 01.01.07 and Government letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.07, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare Fund. & Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Orders.

The authority competent to accept the tenders shall have the right of rejecting all or any of tenders without assigning any reasons and will not be bound to accept the lowest tenders

The work will be placed under third party inspection

The lowest bidder will furnish security deposit amount before the work order is given or 20 days from the date of acceptance whichever is earlier(DD/FDR).

The contractor should have yearly turnover not less than the Amount put to Tender in any two financial years out of last 5 financial years. i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23 , 2023-24 and 2024-25(Turn over Certificate) (Certified by Chartered Accountant)

The contractor should upload the Line of Credit for value not less than 30% of the Amount put to Tender.

Each Tenderer shall own or make arrangements for procuring the machineries required for executing the work & all the materials should be brought and used by the contractors and materials will not be supplied from the Department.

The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintenance period from the contractor for the above works is 1 year from the date of completion of work.

Contractor should made an agreement within 14 days of tender acceptance date and work should be carried out with in the 1 week time after agreement. If not tender will be cancelled at the contractors own risk and cost.

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity. Contractor should indemnify the client to that extent

The contractor must scan the Assessed available tender capacity ( AxNx2.5 B )

Any over writing of civil engineering words and measurements should be clarified the considered department ( No claims should be considered)

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.

Corrigendums / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.More details should be collected from the office at working hours

The contractor who bid under reservation works (SC&ST) should submitte the cast retificate & residentional proof ( atleast for 10 years in Karnatak) as per the rules of Govt of Karnataka No: FD 876 Exp-12/2017, Bengaluru, Dated : 15-09-2017

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal.

The contractor should follow terms and conditions as specified in standard bid document KW 1, 2, 3 or 4 whichever may be applicable

After opening of Technical bid, eligible bidders work done if required will be sent to work done verification to concerned authority, more than 7 days for conformation delay of work done will be rejected.

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in pdf / jpeg form, not in other form.
