Supply and fix in repair incl testing and commisioning multi function meter for 15 VA, 5 Amp CT secondary and 33 kv/110 Voltage PT Sec. with230/110 AC or24 Volt DC auxiliary supply Make: Schneider / ABB / L&T / scheinder.

Supply installation testing and commisioning Auxiliary relay 2 NO contact, 2 element 24 volt DC auxiliary supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commisioning Lock out relay 3 NO 3NC contact 24 volt auxiliary supply for 33 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old / unserviceable danger notice plate of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bone in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT 25 X 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulator / lightening arrestor any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 33 KV system all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old AB switch / DO fuse assembly any rating any type from existing HT system after disconnecting electrically and taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace for DO fuse assembly, triple pole mounted on polymer HT insulator 6 Nos and MS galvanised steel frame rating upto 200 Amp, 33000 Volt complete with expulsion type fiber glass fuse carrier barrel type and including DO fuze and electrical connections, jumpering by ACSR conductor and connectors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace for gang operated air brake switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (09 insulators type, 03 insulators in each pole, 03 insulator in each pole should be having 2 Nos HT 33 KV post insulator mounting vertically on each other ), single breaking rotating type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 400 Amps, 33000 volts complete, locking arrangement MS clamps,bolts and nuts and washers required size to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace switch air brake gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on polymer HT insulators (09 insulators type ) and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps 11000 volts complete locking arrangement MS clamps, bolts and nuts and washers required size to suit load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace for Insulator pin type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut for conductor working pressure 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace for disc insulator porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 volt grade complete disc three- in-series including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maint of power grid bus bar structure at MRS with, scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface one coat of primer (red oxide) & two coats of aluminium paint of 1st quality to steel tubuler poles / PCC pole / MS Channels - 15 Nos and including accordingly cross arms, bracings, clamps 9/11/13 mtr long all as per site including three strips of 30 cm wide to be painted red synthetic enamel above embedded level all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of outdoor PT of 33 KV from HT carefully at site, dismantling carefully and supply and instalation 33KV /110 Volts out door type PT including electrical connection, testing and PG clamp complete all as specified and directed

Calibration of outdoor VCB 11/0.433 KV 800 Amp of Make ABB , including calibration of relay of indoor control panel with 33/11 KV Transformers of Make Kirloskar all as directed at site.

(a) Cleaning the external surface of bushing with CTC or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. Inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breake operation have not caused the bushings to move resulting misalignment of contacts. (b) Checking the vacuum interputer assembly and contact Checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and uniform pressure and adjust the gap as per manufacture tolerance. Badly potted contact needs to be replaced. (c) Checking of operating voltage watt mechanism terminials tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts. (d) Inspecting all bolts, nuts pins and collar pins for tight and opened properly (e) Inspection cleaning and relubrication of circuit breaker

Calibration of outdoor VCB 33 KV 800 Amp of Make ABB , including calibration of relay of outdoor control panel with 33/11 KV Transformers of Make Kirloskar all as directed at site.

(a) Dismantling the VCB from the enclosure consisting of vacuum interrupter assembly, socket contacts, checking the serviceablility of the following parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments and re-assembling the complete. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushing with CTC or liquid ammonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits. (e) Dismantling the spring Charging mechanism of VCB, checking the operations of closing / tripping through closing / tripping coils electrically as well as manual charging including cleaning adjustements and re-assembling complete for the following. (f) Checking the ratchet wheel assembly, driving and charging parts etc. (g) Checking the operation mechanism of breaker and ensure its operation freely through lentyire stroke. Parts which shows excessive wear and tear to be replaced or adjusted as per manufactures tolerance. (h) Checking of operating voltage watt mechanism terminials tripping arrangement for positive tripping. Contacts to be examined for their condition and operation. Dress the pitted contacts. (j) Review the adjustment of all pressure switched land lockout devices. (k) Inspecting all bolts, nuts pins and collar pins for tight and opened properly (l) Note; cost of additional hardware like bolts, nuts, washers and springs, washers, petroleum jelly etc, to put the breaker in serviceable condition is deemed to be included in the rated quoted. (m) Inspection cleaning and relubrication of circuit breaker

Supply and installation of spring charging assembly of 33 KV outdoor VCB including dismantling defective charging assembly complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Make : ABB

Supply and installation of Auxiliary switch of VCB 33 KV outdoor including taking down unserviceable switch. Make: ABB or equivalent of make as approved.

S&F angle iron (Fe-310) as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting top to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. complete all speciified and directed

Supply only 10 mm dia mild steel Gde E-250 plain round bars as in line wire for chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing and fix chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all speciified and directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type, all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel / iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth. complete all speciified and directed

M&L for Frame work such as gates , including pintle hinges , stops , hand made sliding bolts , arrow heads etc conforming to Fe-290,Gde-E-165 complete all speciified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6) ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete ( for stay assembly ) including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.
