CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 3.05m long including necessary earth work excavation of size 0.45x0.45x0.60, sand filling 10cm thick, CC 1:5:10, 50cm depth including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers

Supplying and fixing RCC fencing post of size 15cm x 15 cm at top and bottom, 2.40m long including necessary earth work excavation of size 0.45x0.45x0.60, sand filling 10cm thick, CC 1:5:10, 50cm depth including cost of moulding charges, cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement, finishing, curing, aligning in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Corporation officers

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of size 50cmx50cm including tying with 12 Gauge G.I binding wire to the post as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S. angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Column and sunshade etc.,

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate in two leaves with B Class pipe of size 50mm dia pipe alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge M.S.Sheet at bottom / middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Main gate of size 8.00m x 1.80m

Making retrofitting the damaged roof slab ceilig by cleaning the steel bars exposed to remove all corrosion scales, deposits and rust using emery/wire brush and cleaning to obtain and sound steel surface using with Reebaklens RR thoroughly. After complete cleaning applying epoxy based anticorrosive Nitozinc primer over the rods. Then providing and applying Nitobond FP epoxy barrier gum bonding coat on the cleaned concrete surface using a suitable brush as per the instructions of the corporation officers. Then plastering with CM 1:3 with 12mm thick added with Nitobond SBR for Polymer Plastering at the rate of 1 litre for 4m2 of plastering area.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick including cost of Mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approvfed pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one of cement and two of sand)mixing with water proofing compound confirming to ISS at 2% weight of cement used and pointed with water proofing compound mixed with red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Lettering and painting over wall surface for stock display board and name board after applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position of precast round cover 5cm thick for collection pit using RCC 1:2:4 (One cement, two sand and four aggregate) with 20mm HBGS jelly and including cost of materials and labour charges and finishing etc., complete

Supplying and fixing plain cement concrete precast pavement slab of size 450x450mm of 50mm thick in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two crushed stone sand and four jelly) using 20mm HBG stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing, fixing and pointing the slab with CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) to full depth of slab etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
