Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulating mat of size 2m X 1m X 2.5mm for voltage upto 11 KV complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of Pin type,porcelain ,vitreous,white , brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm height and 255 mm dia , ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle section from the pole and setting out complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cross arms, bracings, suports, clamps, back plates etc., fabricted with strututral steel sections including bolts, nuts, washers etc., welding , bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size,as indicated or as directedincluding applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preperation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger Notice board made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 25 cm X 20 cm , vitreous, enamelled white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts for HT 11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of transformer 100 to 315 KVA by scrubbing out dust, dirt and oil from all places and applying two coats of grey synthetic enamel paint by spray machine, writing MES/SM No as per existing pattern inluding disconnecting and taking down including reconnecting and refixing the same in its position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/refixing defective transformer upto 315 KVA capacity and VCB from poles/structures after disconnecting all electrical connections removing to sub station or workshop as directed, placing the repaired transformer in place of taken down defective transformer including transportation, loading, unloading of transformer from sub station to work site or work shop and connecting HV and LV side including all connecting and jointing materials such as suitable size of lugs, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening/striping off transformer 11 KV/0.433 KV step down capacity upto 315 KVA including draining off oil, lifting the core and coil assembly washing and cleaning dust, dirt and sludge deposit etc from all parts, removing damaged or defective parts requires replacement, making internal connection, servicing of tap changer and re assembling the transformer after repair and replacement work including new cork sheet gasket, packing, nuts, bolts, washer etc as required filling fresh transformer oil and testing complete including replacement of the following items:- (a) High voltage/low voltage coil including double paper insulated conductor of same gauge as per existing and all insulating material varnishing with vaccum impregnation and baking of coil suitable for upto 315 KVA capacities of step down transformers of aluminium/copper wound. (b) HV bushing of 12 KV grade with gasket complete. (c ) LV bushing of 1100 volts grade with gasket suitable for transformer upto 315 KVA capacity (d) LV brass studs with brass nuts, check nuts, washers etc complete for transformers upto 315 KVA complete. (e) HV brass studs with brass nuts, check nuts, washers etc complete for transformers upto 315 KVA complete. (f) Replacement of breather with fresh filling of silica gel 0.5 Kg capacity in non metallic transparent enclosure for transformer up to 500 KVA capacity complete. (g) Insulating transformer oil conforming to IS-335 for filling/toping up of transformers not less then 100 litre quantity duly filtered having dielectric breaking strength not less than 40 KV at the gap of 4mm complete.

Supply and filling insulating transformer oil conforming to IS-335 for filling or toping up of transformers as required at site duly filtered having dielectric strength not less than 50 KV at 4 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed drum.

Dehydration of transformer oil both factory and site of work including heating, filtration, cleaning and testing required upto dielectric strength 50 KV in 4mm gap and testing to the satisfaction and after dehydration complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting / trimming and removing tree branches close to the or touching the electric overhead lines HT / LT or at sub stations etc by climbing on the tree with necessary safety precautions, tools ,removing , transporting the cut branches from site and depositing where directed at a distence not exceeding 300 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shut down of electric supply shall be taken before commencement of work. Any damage to existing OH lines / services etc shall be made good without any extra cost.

M&L cleaning and preperation of surfaces by scrubbing with wire brushes, emery papers etc from all metalic surfaces of mild steel tubular HT electric poles , any type , any model not more than 11 m long including cross arms, clamps etc any size on the same pole and applying one coat of aluminium paint on pole,cross arms, clamps, GI pipes brackets etc including writting of pole number as per existing size and pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying brick sub class 'B for protection of cable laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks complete all as specified and ditected.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for stay assembly having diameter of stay rod 20 mm complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and earth work including concrete shall be measured separately under respective item as considered therein.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as foundation and mass concrete including necessary use and waste of form work as required complete all as specifed and as directed.
