Repairing of 205 KW motor of Boosting station-I_Madhabpur of Mangal Pandey surface water based water Supply Scheme, District N 24 Pgs under Electrical Division, PHE Dte.

Servicing and repairing of 415 V, 205 KW, 1485 rpm CG make motor (m/c no: NADZC1672 ) performing following works as per direction of the E.I.C.

i) Dismantling of the motor part by part .

ii) Stripping of the old winding from the stator slots.

iii) Cleaning of the slots.

iv) Insulation of the slots by class – F type paper insulation.

v) Rewinding of stator with super enameled copper wire (insulated)

vi) Making two coats of class – F varnish on the stator winding.

vii) Winding connection.

viii) Phase to phase insulation made by class – F category paper.

ix) Pre-heating of complete rewound stator winding.

x) Termination of leads in the junction box with proper capacity of copper lugs.

xi) Rotor dynamic balancing.

xii) Re-assembling of the motor including fans and guards as per direction of EIC.

xiii) No load testing of the motor as per direction of EIC.

The item includes the cost of supplying and fixing of DE and Nde side bearings (make : SKF, Model: NU321 ECJ-C3 and 6321-C3 and painting of the whole motor and tranportation charges with labours at both ends (ie, from site to Kolkata workshop and back ) NB: No load test report is to be submitted at the time of delivery of the motor.
