(ii) Unserviceable submersible pump set shall be taken out from the bore well on the same day of receipt of complaint from department and serviceable pump set held with department shall be lowered simultaneously to ensure the minimum breakdown period for water supply. Contractor not attending the breakdown after receipt of complaint on telephone shall be charged Rs. 10000/- from his dues clearly mentioning date and location of break down not attended by contractor. Breakdown shall be got rectified/ attended directly from the market by the department at the risk and cost of the contractor.

Material & labour for strip opening of unserviceable submersible motor of cap 40 HP,3 phase ,440 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM and rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimbles& Thrust bearing bearing bush water seal & adopter stain less steel shaft neck ring of impeller gun metal minor spare parts like as bronze bushes , gland packing etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work , complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.
