Opening of DG set Make : Kirloskar Air/water cooled and servicing of DG set capacity 10 KVA, complete servicing checking of oil, coolant, v-belts, greasing and oiling of parts and cleaning the inner body, tank and radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the DG set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of DG set and testing complete including comprehensive maintanance of DG sets as per B check with providing qualified staff all respect all as specified including engine tuning and replacement of following spare parts (As applicable):- (a) Oil Filter, (b) Fuel Filter, (c) Fuel pipe for high pressure pump,(d) V belt for cooling fan,(e) Coupling, (f) Air Filter, (g) By pass oil filter, (h) Oil Chamber packing set,(j) Flexible hose pipe for air filter, (l) Flexible hose pipe for oil filter, (m) Flexible hose pipe for Fuel filter, (n) fasterners ,clips washer all as required at site.

Repair/ maintenance to self starter 12 volts any make including rewinding to self starter 12 volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper wire same gauge including replacement of u/s pinion ,bush, solenoid coil, carbon brushes& tension spring complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance to self starter 24 volts any make including rewinding to self starter 24 volts by taking out old burnt out copper winding wire and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire same gauge including replacement of u/s pinion ,bush, solenoid coil, carbon brushes& tension spring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of AVR 30 KVA to 250KVA complete.

M & L for replacement of existing old paterns meters and fixed to new Digital Load manager multy functional energy meter having facility to measure true RMS value, KWH, neutral current, for quadrant energy, max demand (KW, KVA, Kvar & Amp), CT operated 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply including CTs. -01 set. Make : L&T Cat Part No WDM303FDN B1 or equivalent cat part in other makes as per Appendix 'B'.

M & L for replacement of battery lead terminals made of Copper and suitable for battery up to 180 Ah and terminal complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and descaling of Diesel tank of DG set of capacity up to 500 KVA with suitable chemicals and testing leakage of diesel from tank and repaired it if found leakage and make good as per existing shape and size ,welding/ fabricating same with best quality with gas welding, etc. cold or hot including painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint all as specified and as directed at site. ( Note:- repair of damaged diesel tank with proper fabrication method, painting internally and externally and providing gasket/ring will be included in above quoted price.)

Repair to damaged rolling shutters of DG set room including replacement to u/s mechanical rollers, spring, GI pipe 50 mm dia-3m long gear box assembly, guide rails etc. and applying necessary greasing easing, denting and painting work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of super quality complete.

M & L for replacement unserviceable / wear & tear door locking handle of of mild steel hinges , for silent type various capacity of DG Set and make good as per existing shape and model ,fabricated from structural CRCA sheet(1.6 to 2mm thick)of any size and shape including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes in bolts of any size all as specified and as directed at site.

Dismantling/Opening of radiator from DG set of capacity up to 500 KVA and transporting the same to authorised workshop from Site to work shop and back for cleaning and descaling of radiator tubes with suitable chemicals,leakage testing of radiator and repaired it if found leakage & filling coolent as required qty including fixing in position after repair all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Coolent will be measured under relevent items separately)

M & L for replacement of Digital display Engine control unit suitable for existing capacity up to 160 KVA and make of DG complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete as per electrical plate No 2 with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade with mild steel strip 32x6mm thick earth electrode, buried vertically in ground by drilling 100mm dia and 12 mtr deep below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternative layers of 15cm depth and earth electrode and connected with equipments by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earth mesh including iron and connection to earth mesh including welding work and compacted with fine charcoal after installing earth electrode, pipe and excavation, earth work and filling pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, C1 Frame with cover all as shown in electrical plate of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion including dismantling of existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of DG set up to 62.5 KVA capacity any location within the Mil station and connecting to LT panel with cable 1100 volt in coming from existing source and LT outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: T&P required for loading, unloading, shifting transporting of the DG set up to 62.5 KVA is deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rate.

Laying, connecting and testing in trenches, under floors/ roads or on walls Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strips or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) ISI marked with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size following sizes :-

(a) 70 sqmm, 3 1/2 core Note :- cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing/laying.

(b) 50 sqmm, 3 1/2 core Note :- cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing/laying.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 metre wide and n.exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables errection of poles / struts/stays etc n.exe 10 Sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soil.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50metre above the starting point

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

M & L Sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with tibba sand and punning to provide a required cover.

M&L for Replacement of change over switch 125 Amps 415 V , 4 pole front handle type as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of fuel pump including minor repair of DG set up to 160 KVA as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
