Taking down carefully aluminium / copper point wiring any type for one light , fan, socket or power controlled by one switch complete including fitting / fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, holder, socket etc; and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH, PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2 mm thick with all fittings and accessories including modular surface box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ceiling including one run 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete for the following :-

One light/fan point controlled by one way modular switch complete all as specified and directed.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with cables 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4 sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH, PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2 mm thick with all fittings and accessories including modular surface box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ceiling for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet poin on independent board including one run 4 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring using four single core 10 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked drawing in and including 25mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including two single core 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed. Note : 4runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.

Material and Labour for sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade (FRLSH) ISI marked drawing in and including 25mm dia rigid non metalic PVC concealed conduit & accessories like bends, tee, etc fixed on recess of wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including two single core 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed. Note : 2 runs of main wire, 1 run of earth wire, 1 run of condit with accessories shall be measured as one length.
