Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft /loose soil including old damage lines complete all as specified.

All as per item No - 01 above, but exc 1.5m and n exc 3.00 mtr in depth complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L Cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (using 40 mm garded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified by Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling of 100 mm bore cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

Materials and labour 100 mm bore Cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches and jointed, tested including laying complete with collars complete all as specified

Materials and labour 100 mm bore DWCPE pipe as per IS-16098, ISI marked, laid in trenches and jointed, tested including laying complete with collars as per manufacturer instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Supreme Ultra Plus, Rex Polyextrusion Ltd, Astral Pipe.

All as per item no 8 above, 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified.

All as per item no 8 above, 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified. Note for item No 8 to 10 :- Jointing material i.e Rubber Gasket, collar joint will include in the cost of pipe. No extra will be paid for Joints.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar , complete all as specified.

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan n. exc 6 m mean radius for man-holes/ septictank/ soakwell etc. in sewer works built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

All as per item no 9 in CM (1:4), but except bricks complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L, 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on bricks or concrete surface on walls using water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, water proofing compound shall be paid seperately, all as specified .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

S&F MS framed work such as grills . Gratings, manholes covers, rungs etc with ends of bars shouldered or reverted , frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to fe 410-0 or 310-0 including dismantling existing items and providing one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all asspecified and directed

M & L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping , benching, etc, complete all asspecified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, internal dia of pipe exc150mm but n exc 300mm bore, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required

S&F square SFRC manhole covers with and including frame medium duty of over all size 600mmX600mmX 80mm thick, factory made and test load 10 tonnes (MD-10), strength as per IS: 12592 (2002), ISI marked all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 , 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs(for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigments, in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thickscreed bed in cement mortar 1:4 in floors
