Outsourcing for operation of electric driven submersible pump sets of various capacities from 10 HP to 15 HP -03 Nos and Centrifugal Pump sets upto 15 HP -02 Nos installed at A well pump house and chloronome plants and operating all the required valves in the area within a radius of one kilometer and filling the over head reservoir and supply of water to users through over head reservoir or direct pumping as applicable with One shift per day not exceeding 08 hours per shift( one FGM per shift) on all week days including Sundays and holidays for the following installation and maintain all the relevant records, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Out sourcing for opoeration of 125 KVA & 200 KVA capacity diesel engine generating set, of Kirloskar make (02 No) electric driven pump set of various capacities upto 40 & 50 -02 Nos each and 30 HP -01 Nos installed at New pump house and chloronome plants and operating all the required control valves in the area within a radius of one kilometre and filling the over head reservoir or direct pumping as applicable with one operator per shift and three shifts per day not exceeding 08 hours per shift (one FGM per shift) on all week days including sundays and holidays for the following installations and maintain all the relevant record all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Out sourcing for operation of Electric driven centrifugal pump set of various capacity up to 30 HP,12.5 HP &10 HP (02 Nos each) installed at BSF pump house attech area including operating the sluice/gate valves in the area within a radius of one kilometer to give water supply to the A to C Hanger and ATC surrounding area three shifts each per day not exceeding 08 hours per day shift ( one FGM per shift ) on all week days including Sundays and holidays all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Out sourcing for operation of submersible pump set for tube well at CADF capacity of -5 HP -01 Nos and diesel engine operated generating set of Greaves make of capacity 30 KVA-1 Nos Three shifts per day round the clock each shift not exceeding 08 hours per day (One FGM per shift) on all week days including Sundays and holidays at technical area at CADF complex all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note for Sl item No:1 to 4 (i) The operator shall be employed by the contractor must be of proper trade i.e duly Govt ITI qualified /trained under vocational training programme of state Govt/having minimum of 4 years experience in the similar type oif work. (ii) The contractor shall take over the installations from the department alongwith serviceability state of plant details of the installation in writing one day before starting the contract. (iii) The shift Operator shall not leave the installation without handing over to the next shift operator. (iv) The contractor shall provide stationeries like logbook,pen, pensil,cotton waste and conveyance for tradesmen and any other items required for day to day work. (v) The operator should clean the installations and installation area on everyday. If the operator fails to clean the installations and surrounding area, penalty of Rs 100/ day will be deducted from the contracted amount. (vi) Necessary log book entries shall be maintained by the operator in each shift. Necessary handing taking over details between the shift operator shall also refleted in the logbooks. (vii) The contractor shall provide one Non camera phone with valid sim per installation for communicating with the concern Engr-in-charge and JE of the department. (viii) The operator should assit the depatment personnel for collecting and distributing the diesel/engine oil/collant etc to avoid any delay in day to day function
