Providing and laying factory made premium M30 grade precast concrete paving tiles of 80mm thick with consistent and uniform quality , white cement based pigmented,lacquer coated, mechanically vibrated / compacted and casted in rubberised mould with interlocking slots of approved size,design,colour and cured through drying process and laying in position with proper level and slope over a minimum 50mm thick coarse sand bed with joints of 3mm thick filled with fine sand including levelling with surface vibrator,tamping ,curing and sweeping with cost & supply of all materials,labour,T&P, machineries,taxes,tollage,way bill expenses,transportation,loading at factory end,unloading at site including providing barricades to the working area, all taxes ,all testing etc.all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.( Excluding GST)

Excavation of foundation trenches in all kinds of soil within an initial lead and lift of any depth including dressing the sides and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated material away from the site within an initial lead of 50 mtrs including cost of all labour, sundries, tools and plant etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Item shall also include shoring, strutting, dewatering etc. complete in all respect. (Excluding cost of GST)

Supplying & transportation and conveying quarry dust by private trucks with all leads and lifts including loading and unloading and spreading the same , compaction with VRR with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes if any etc. all complete as directed etc. all complete as per directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding GST)

Supplying all materials, conveying the IRC grade-I metal with all leads and lifts by private trucks including loading and unloading the materials and spreading metal (90mm to 45mm confirming to sieve analysis as per MOST specification for IRC grade-I) metalling to an uniform thickness 23CM in layers and hand packing the voids with small stones, to proper grade and camber including filling the intrstices by quarry dust by spreading the same over the surface and watering, consolidating with PRR including hire and running charge of PRR complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding GST)

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-III metal of size 22.4mm to 53mm of approved quality & filling the interstices with required granite stone quarry dust as per MORTH specification, laying over the compacted excavated portion of existing road pavement to the required slope and level, compacting by smooth wheeled VRR of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight including supply of all materials, all construction materials testing charges, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, tollage, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (N.B- Barricading the site if required)

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level and grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 40mm & down metal, hoisting, laying in layers, by use of vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cement concrete of M-35 grade by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing charges of construction materials, compressive strength test of concrete cubes, core cutting, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes excluding GST and excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudional joints by fixing 10 mm dia 450mm long HYSD bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anti-corrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials, reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Excluding GST)

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Excluding GST)

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep expansion joints by fixing 25 mm dia 450mm long mild steel bars @ 300mm C/C including painted 275mm length of bars with anti-corrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted and HDPE/G.I. cap of 100 mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220 mm deep joint filler Board (Shalitax or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bituminous black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filler etc, all complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Excluding GST)

Supplying of saline sand including transportation ,collecting,conveying by private trucks/dumpers with all lead & lifts,loading at one end & unloading at site , spreading,watering , consolidating,leveling to required height,slope etc.with supply of all labour , materials,transportation, T&P,royalties,taxes if any etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge .( Excluding GST)

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with Overlapping of 300mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, cost of over lapping, Port entry fees, etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. RCC work of proportion 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 Chips) grade using crusher broken hard granite aggregate of 20mm & down size of approved quality, mixing, transporting, hoisting, laying in layers, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, , royalties, tollage, gate entry fees, all transportation charges, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries etc. complete (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for cutting, bending, binding, placing of reinforcement and cost of centering & shuttering).(Excluding GST)

Supplying, cutting, straightening, bending, binding and placing in position the reinforcement bars of Fe500 confirming to I.S. specifications of SAIL/TISCON/RINL/ VIZAG of any approved make with supply of binding wire of 19 to 20mm. gauge with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Providing, rigid, smooth leakproof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/ steel shutter for R.C.C works & dismantling the same after stripping off period including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, tollage, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)

Foundation and Plinth

Weather coat Painting two coats over a coat of primer with approved paint with supply of all materials, labour, T& P etc. all Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying the following PVC pipes conforming to schedule -80 of approved quality with ISI mark and laying of 75mm dia PVC pipe across the road for drainage with supply of all materials, labour, T& P etc. all Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.(Excluding GST)

Supplying of sweet earth & conveying the same by pvt. trucks with in 20km. (avg) lead & lift , for making stacks.Conveying from stacks and spreading the same , compacting the soil by any approved means with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, tollage, royalties, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(excluding cost of GST)
