Providing material and labour for Filling in plinth under floors or base of foundation / open areas as per architectural requirement with sand including watering ramming, consolidating and dressing etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor, on top of damp proof course (DPC) or on masonry at level of plinth filling as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using chemical like chloropyripos emulsifiable, Biflex TC, lindane (IS 8944-1978) 20EC mixed with water in 1:19 ratio (1 liter chemical : 19 liters of water). The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured (for all below specified steps) and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. A1) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 liters/sqm (wherever applicable) A2) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the backfill at the depth of 500mm below the original ground level. The soil in the immediate contact with the vertical surface of RCC column/ Masonry shall be treated. B) Top surface of the plinth filling including damp proof courses at the rate of 5 liter/sqm of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. D) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the external vertical surface below finished Ground level to the full depth of the filling complete. E) 1 liter / linear meter along the junction of wall and floor at all stages.
Felling trees of the girth of any size (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of the trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material shall be at non objectionable place within the site and disposal of unserviceable material anywhere outside the plot area at non objectionable place for all leads and lifts as directed by engineer in charge.
Sec: 2.0 PCC & RCC works Providing material and labour for laying Autoclave Aerated Concrete Block chips/ bats cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 graded Autoclave Aerated Concrete Block chips/ bats) for sunk filling grade including compacting, finishing, curing etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1- Cement : 3- Coarse sand : 6- crushed stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) in Foundation, Plinth and development work including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing etc complete for all level, all height/ depth as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Plain cement concrete M15 in Foundation, Plinth and development work including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing etc complete for all level, all height/ depth as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing CRS (Corrosion Resistance Steel) - FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding with 18 SWG -1.22 mm GI wire and placing in position etc complete for all floors, all levels, all heights/ depth as per drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge.
Providing material and labour for laying fair finish controlled cement concrete M-20 produced in batch mix machine using graded, black trap stone aggregates of maximum 20mm nominal (down graded) size including fine aggregates conforming to latest IS 383 with minimum cement content (without fly ash) for durability shall be followed as per approved design mix and latest IS 456 for reinforced concrete work for all elements, all floors, any heights/ depths, any lead and lift including cost of formwork, compacting, finishing, curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Extra for Colour Concrete : Extra over concrete for providing and adding colour pigment as admixture of approved make and shade (by Architect & Engineer in charge) as per manufacturer's specification in specified grade of plain/ reinforced cement concrete for any type of element as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. Rate shall be for actual volume of concrete cast with colour pigment. Contractor shall prepare mock -up of one or two elements as suggested by Architect with approved shade of pigment and get approved before mass work.
Providing material and labour for fixing in position PVC pipe sleeves of 50mm Diameter - 6Kg/cm2 and length as per design for following diameters for services wherever pipes pass through walls/ slabs/ beam in mtrs length. All pipes shall be accurately cut to the required sizes, laid as per drawing, kept in the position while concreting, and burrs removed before laying etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge. Open ends of the pipe shall be closed as the pipe is installed to avoid clogging while concreting. Pipe sleeve shall be removed before water proofing or grouting (at rain water down take location).

Rebaring : Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 8mm and depth 120mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.
Chemical Anchor: Providing material and labour for fixing chemical anchor medium to heavy duty injection adhesive for Anchor fixing in Dry conditions and HILTI HIT-HY 200 + HIT-V rods of size 10mm x 120mm of HILTI or equivalent as per drawing or as instructed by EIC. The system should be made of two foils consisting of resin and Hardener foil pack. The system can be used for threaded rods HIT-V rods or equivalent rods. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturers recommendations. Rate shall be inclusive of injection adhesive and fastner rod of same make.

Sec.3.0 Centering & Form works Providing material and labour for formwork for exposed concrete surfaces (Only extra addition cost on normal shutering) (vertical or horizontal surface) in smooth exposed finish, desired pattern and size as per drawing and specifications, including rendering with white cement and grey cement, using laminated shuttering plywood, for vertical and steel or laminated plywood shuttering for horizontal surfaces for all types RCC elements like slabs, walls, columns, beams, folded staircase (all sides), sill, coping, lintels, jambs, beam hunching, vertical fins, pardi etc. including neat cleaning the exposed concrete surface, as directed by the engineer-in-charge. In case of round window opening in exposed RCC wall, for payment of expose shuttering opening cutout shall not be deducted (both side). Rate shall be applicable for all floors, all levels, all places and all shapes. The contractor shall prepare shop drawing for shuttering pattern including tie-rod hole position based on architectural conceptual drawings and get approved by Architect and Engineer in charge. (Same kind of shuttering material should be only used for standard and residual sizes.) Tie-rod hole shall be filled with polymer mortar/ polymer concrete as per manufacturer's specification and as directe by Architect and Engineer in charge.
Extra for Providing and installing FRP moulds for centering and shuttering for specified architectural elements to give exposed quality fair finish coloured concrete in vertical casting manner, including strutting, propping, bracing to give fair/ smooth finish using best quality FRP mould (new) and supported with necessary MS adjustable steel props, H frames with bracing, adjustable spans, etc. including removal of forms for any shape ,all heights and all level etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. FRP mould shall be produced according to concept drawing/ design given by architect. Shop drawing/ shuttering pattern drawing shall be produced by contractor based on concept drawing. FRP mould shall be approved before use for casting the RCC elements. One cast element also to be approved before execution of mass works. Surface area of elements shall be considered for payment. a) FRP Shuttering for column/ pillar/Coping/Wall/ Architectural features etc
Sec.4.0 Masonry works Providing material and labour for laying Brick work using common burnt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/SqCm in foundation, plinth and other development work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Brick work using common burnt clay building Conventional bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/SqCm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand) in superstructure above plinth level for all Floor in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for layin Coursed rubble masonry with stone of approved quality in foundation, plinth and other development work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1-Cement : 5-coarse sand) etc. complete. in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for laying Masonary work using Aerated light weight concrete block having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/sqcm for super structure For all Floor in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand) in any shape and thickness including finishing, racking of joints, curing, scaffolding for all height all level etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. AAC Block shall be of approved make and as per approved sample. Sample shall be approved by Architect and Engineer in charge.
SEC:5 Doors and Windows work ALUMINIUM WORKS - Providing material and labour for fixing in position frames, shutter for any type of aluminium work for any type of door, window, partition, made out of any type of aluminium sections of approved make having minimum 50 micron pure polyester powder coating of approved shade, texture & colour of approved make for all floors, all levels, all heights, all shapes, all sizes including cutting, bending, crimping, fabricating in best workmanship manner etc as per the drawing, specification and as directed by Architect or Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing based on concept drawing and get approved from the consultants before procurement of material. All loose material shall be approved. Mockup of one/two window shall be executed as per approved shop drawing with all hardware. Work shall carried out as per the approved shop drawings, approved mock-up and approved sample. Actual weight of installed Aluminium sections (for using fabrication without considering any wastage) shall only be measured and shall be considered for the payment. Contractor shall provide guarantee for stability, water tightness etc for 12 months after defects liability period. Rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium sections, cutting, fabrication, errection and fixing to the best workmanship manner, including 1) Sheet metal screws and casted solid aluminum corner cleats fixed with external byttins with a spring for rapid and secure joint assembly for casement and sliding shutter and frame; 2) Glazing clips for receiving infill panel; 3) Best quality wool pile where ever shutter touches the frame and compatible microwave cured EPDM rubber; 4) Dash Anchor fasteners of HILTI HRDUGT or equivalent for fixing the frame assembly to the RCC or masonry surfaces. Minimum 1 anchor fastener shall be used for every 600 mm length of section for stability of frame. 5) 10mm GI tie rod for connecting vertical stile at top and bottom for aluminum door shutter and 4mm thick solid aluminium corner cleat of full thickness of section for connecting style and horizontal rails; 6) providing and fixing packing (rough ground) in full periphery/ at every 600mm c/c with average 6 mm thick PVC spacer/ compact sheet of width (equal to section width less 30mm for backer rod and sealant); 7) Filling the gap between wall and frame on both sides (outside and inside) with polyethylene baker rod of avg. 10 mm thickness of approved make and color and then sealing the remaining gap with neutral grade G/M (Glazed & Metal) weather silicon sealant of approved make and color. 8) Termite treated seasoned teak wood as infill material to installe hardware in door shutter and frame as and when required. and excluding the cost of necessary hardware and Glazing or Infill material.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick Clear Toughen Glass as per approved sample of any size, any shape and specified thickness in frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of glass as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ structural sealant and 3M tape on the periphery of the glass as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick Wired Glass of any size, any shape in frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of glass as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing with EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ structural sealant on the periphery of the glass as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the directions of Architect. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid. Rate shall be inclusive of all type of wastage.
Providing material and labour for fixing 6mm thick Compact Sheet of any size, any shape, any color (single side, double side coloured), any texture of approved make and as per approved sample (approved by architect). Compact sheet shall be fixed in aluminium frame and shutter work with necessary cutting of sheet, provision of groove, filling of groove (both side) as per drawing & specifications including providing and fixing EPDM quality rubber/ silicon sealant/ adhesive tape/ screwing on the periphery of the sheet as per the required thickness etc. complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as per the drawing & directed by Engineer in charge. Cut edges of the compact sheet shall be provided with masking tape. Actual installed quantity shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for fixing factory made and pressed laminated 35mm thick flush door shutter of specificied thickness made of ISI marked non decorative type flush door shutters confirming to IS- 2202 (Part 1), core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers (IS 710 Grade) on both faces of shutters having 1 mm thick decorative type laminates of approved make, shade, finish on both faces of shutter fixed with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesive conforming to IS 848 including providing and fixing external lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens, exposed (37mm x 12mm)/ concealed (35mm x 12mm) on all edges of door shutter as required with 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting including 1 coat of wood primer & lapi/ lacquer polishing with primer to all exposed side of lipping, all as per approved drawing, for all floor, all level all height etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Measurement including lipping shall be considered for payment. Necessary hardware like hinges, pivot, handle, tower bolts, locks etc shall be separately measured and paid in the relevant tender items. Cost of laminates shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Providing material and labour for fixing 1 mm thick Laminate sheet of any size, any shape, any color, any texture of approved make and as per approved sample (approved by architect) on Non decorative flush door, panelling work, fixed partition, any ply surface etc with necessary nails, screws, adhesives as per drawings and as per approved sample. The rate shall be for all heights, all floors, all places etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without considering any westage. Laminates and ply shall be factory pressed.

Mirror shall be fixed on 6mm thick cement bonded particle board (Bison panel) backing. Cement bonded particle board shall be fixed to wall with approved SS 304 fastener. All edges of glass shall be grinded (as required), cute corner and polished. Glass shall be fixed with silicon sealant/ 3M tape etc complete at all floors/ all levels/ all heights as directed by engineer in charge. Providing material and labour for laying 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster (uniform and in even texture) on walls for all height all floor above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) with necessary scaffolding, curing, finishing, making grooves, forming pattas, hacking properly to RCC surface etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Sample shall be approved by Architect and Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing G.I. hexagonal chickenmesh of size 20mm x 20mm of 22 gauge at junction of concrete and brick work or between different materials after making "V" grove between two different material surface and filled with rich cement mortar and @ 100mm on each side of surfaces including necessary "U" nails/ screws/ washers with cleats for fixing, overlaps, curing, scaffolding etc complete for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Sec.8.0 Waterproofing works Providing material and labour for laying average 18mm thick double coat (water proof) smooth/ wired finish cement plaster on sides of masonry work/ block wall/ RCC wall, 12 mm thk first coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) by spraying , second coat of 6 mm of CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and mixing Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions in both coats, finishing the surface wired finish/ smooth finish with a floating coat of neat cement slurry at 2.75 Kg/ sqm to receive the tiles for all floors, all shapes and all height including hacking to RCC surface, scaffolding, curing etc. complete for all floor, all height as directed by engineer-in-charge. Cement slurry admixed with Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for mortar in recommended proportions is to be applied before each coat and final finishing coat.
Providing material and labour for laying average 50 mm thick IPS, water proof cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded Aggregate 10mm Nominal size) to RCC under ground tanks at all heights in line, level and gradient including mixing water proofing compound in recommended proportions suggested by manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-charge and leaving the surface rough wired finish to receive any type of flooring / smooth finish etc complete for all floor all height as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for applying hydrophilic crystalline based waterproofing for concrete walls, raft (basement and under ground water tank) with system In two coat application. The application to be done from + ve (positive) side on a wet open pore green concrete surface at coverage of 0.8 to 1 Kg/Smt as per manufacturer specification. It should be hydrophilic in nature, should be able to grow crystals year after year to seal microcracks.The product should confirm to DIN 1048 part 5 and should provide in depth crystallization. The product technology should be CPWD and EIL approved. Application should be done on wet surface after 3-6 hours of casting of concrete. The material and application warranty to be given by manufacturer’s authorized distributor/ applicator on prescribed format. Rate shall be inclusive of construction joint treatment, crack repair, patch repair, grouting, including cost of scafolding for all height all level as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for applying of Swellable type water stop tape, 19mm x 25mm thick in linear meter (expansive nature) for construction joints treatment of RCC structure, such as raft slab, retaining walls, water storage tank and at the junctions of raft slab with the retaining walls etc. After cleaning the surface, one coat of required primer for swellable water stop tape shall be applied throughout the length of the joint @3.78 litre per 240 running meter. Over the primed surface swellable type water stop tape shall be placed. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge for all floor, all height all level. The product performance shall carry guaranteed for 10 years against any leakage.
Providing and applying 400 microns thick coal tar extended epoxy resin coating of approved make to sound concrete surface after carry out surface preparation to remove loose concrete, curing compound or any other foreign material, mixing base and hardener component of Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating, apply first coat at 200 microns DFT using suitable brush or roller, allow the first coat to dry for 6 hrs at 35°C followed by application of application of second coat at 200 microns DFT in perpendicular direction to first coat etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification for all level all depth as directed by engineer incharge. Coal tar extended epoxy resin coating shall be having 100% solid contents by weight amd as per relevant ASTM and BS.
Sec.9.0 Flooring works Providing material and labour for laying 6mm to 8mm thick Ceramic tiles in flooring treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand ) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample and mockup shall be approvd before procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying 6mm to 8mm thick Ceramic tiles in skrting, risers of steps and dedo laid on plastered wall with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying average 25mm thick machine cut semi mirror polished Green Kota stone slab of size upto 600mm in flooring, Skirting over 20mm (Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6-coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including curing, rubbing and polishing at all floors any heights, any lead and lift in any shape and pattern etc complete as directed by Engineer In charge. Sample shall be approved before execution. Kota stone shall be in uniform shade of reuired size. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying average 25 mm thick machine cut polished Green kota stone slab of size upto 1.5mt length with uniform thickness for tread, window jambs & sills, coping over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with gray cement slurry including pencil sharped exposed edges, polishing, rubbing, curing, finishing, buffing after final polishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. All Expose edges of stone shall be pencil sharped and in even thickness and polished at all floors any heights, any lead and lift etc complete. as directed by Engineer Incharge. Sample and mockup shall be approvd before procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying cement concrete pavement (of any thickness) with 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2-coarse sand : 4-stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including curing, finishing with floating coat of neat cement complete at all floors any heights, any lead and lift etc complete. as directed by Engineer Incharge.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick full body vitrified tile of approved Size, shade, any finish (glossy, matt, satin or anti skid finsh) of approved make in flooring and Skirting laid over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material. Actual laid area of tile shall be measured and paid.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles of Approved size and (of any shade glossy, matt or satin finsh) approved make, shade and finish as approved by Architect/ EIC for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc in wall tile, dado, risers of steps, jambs as per drawings. Wall tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick smooth finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer In charge. Grouting and backing coat plaster shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approved before procurement of material.
Extra for providing material and labour for Grouting the joints of any type of flooring tiles of Size upto 600mm having joints of 3mm width and in full depth, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade and approved make (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/ grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing both side pre polished, machine cut average 20 to 25 mm thick mirror polished kota stone slab as per sample approved by Architect in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, edge champhering, edge polishing, curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling over the project etc complete for all floors all level etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge.
Providing material and labour for fixing mirror polished average 30mm thick best quality kota stone slab as per sample approved by Engineer in charge with edges rounded and mirror polished, of required size fixed as vanity counter by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) as per drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Average 100mm high facia shall be fixed at the edge of platform with epoxy or stone fixing adhesive as per drawing. All expose edges shall be champhered and mirror polished. Rate shall be inclusive of chasing, cutting, pencil sharped edges, edge polishing, making holes, curing, finishing, maintaining upto handling ovre the project etc complete for all floors all level etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. Installed area of platform and facia shall be measured for payment.
Providing material and labour for laying sandwich platform comprising of a) Sandwich of 25mm thick mirror polished kota stone slab of approved size, shade and sample on top and 30 mm thick polished kota in bottom with 25mm thick cement mortar (1:4) in between b) At centre vertical sandwich supports of 30 mm thick two kota stone on sides and 20mm CM (1:4) in between and at both end walls vertical supports of 18 mm thick double side kota. c) 75 mm raised platform at bottom with kota on top and 50mm CM (1:4) at bottom, kota stone skirting as per design and approved sample. The rate includes rounding, champhering and mirror polishing of edges, facias of kota, SS support including necessary bonding adhesive (if required). Rate shall be also inclusive of curing, making holes & cutouts for sink, wash basin, Piller tap/ Bib tap but excluding the cost of SS work, plumbing fixtures and sink. at all floors all height etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge. (Only plan area shall be measured & paid for). Rate shall be included all kotastone mentioned in above.
Sec.10.0 Structural steel works Providing material and labour for, fabricating, assembling, hoisting/ erecting and fixing in position at all heights/ all levels/ all floors/ all shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts using MS Rolled Steel Sections, Hollow sections, Tubular Sections, MS Plates, Chequered Plates, MS Pipes, Perforated Sheet, Flats, Bars , Angles, MS Sheet, Girder, Beam, cattle trap, deep threaded MS bolts, threaded J bolts, insert plate, support plate etc as per drawing. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the work of steel structures like staircases, railings, sliding gate, handrail, jali, gates, grills, bracings, platforms, brackets, monkey ladder, cattle trap, rungs, false ceiling frame work, Roof canopy, fencing posts, M.S. Screen & fencing jali frame work etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, bolting and welding the members all as per approved shop drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including necessary scaffolding/ staging etc. complete and comprising of Profile Cutting, Smooth grinding/ machining of edges/ faces/ all welding joints; Necessary welding; Machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring; dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rustfree surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss / Matt Finish Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces of the steel sections. The Contractor shall prepare shop drawing as per GFC drawing and as per actual site condition and get approved before execution by engineer in charge. (Standard measurements will be paid for as actual cut length used at site)
Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 50 to 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation including the cost of hood cover and spring etc. complete. (A) Shutters having width below 3.5 Mt. including 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss / Matt Finish Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces etc. as directed.
Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation including the cost of hood cover and spring etc. complete. (B) Shutters having width 3.5 M. and above including 1 coat of Rustocap and 2 coat of Hi-Gloss / Matt Finish Metal PU Paint of approved make and shade over all the surfaces etc. as directed.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) Railing and baluster system of approved make stair railing, hand rail, bump rail, guard rail, with knock down system made of Hollow or solid secion i.e. tubes, square, flat, plates, bar etc with base plate Cover cap, finishing accessories, infilled holding brackets, fixing accessories etc. for any type of design, shape (plain/ curvature), size as per drawing. Railing shall be top mounted or side/ wall mounted. Railing shall be fixed with SS 316 grade anchor fastner of required size and as per fixing position of approved make. No Welding OR Fabrication shall be allowed at site. (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Sample shall be approved before execution. Contractor shall arrange mock up of railing system (2 or 3 no) in required length as directed by Architact and Engineer in charge. Contractor shall protact railing system uptill handeling over the project.
Extra for providing material and labour for Hot dip galvanizing work confirming to IS 4759/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 610 GSM thickness on Cable tray, Railing, Handrail, facade framing, supports for mechanical equipments, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved). The weight of steel sections before galvanization shall be measured for payment. The cost of steel sections shall be paid for separately under relevant item.
Providing and fixing Decorative Cast Iron Railing/Fencing/Grill on compound wall and other location as per approved design which includes necessary pattern making, casting, finishing, fabrication, fixing, grinding, shot blasting , necessary tools, tackles, labor and required civil work, welding, riveting and finishing & painting as per detailed specification and satisfaction of Architect and Engineer in Charge. The Cast Iron should be painted with two coats of Zinc Chromate Yellow Oxide and two coats of Enamel Paint of desired shade and make as approved by the Architect and Engineer In Charge etc complete.
Sec.11.0 Painting works Providing material and labour for applying (Synthetic) Plastic emulsion paint (minimum 2 coats) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gm/ltr on newly/ existing dry interior plastered surface including internal wall, ceiling, roof etc. at all heights/ all levels/ all surfaces to give an even shade on prepared (putty and primer work) surfcae. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of scafolding but excluding the cost of primer and putty work.
Providing material and labour for applying required coats (min two coats) of white cement based putty after thoughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter. Preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth, after applying every coat of putty complete. Priming coat of alkali resistant cement primer (water or solvent based) is to be applied over prepared smooth surface (undulation free) etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. After application of putty work, wall surface shall be in levelled and without undulation. The rate shall include the cost of filler for filling the cracks on surface, thoroughly brushing the surfaces with sand paper to make it free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter, scaffolding etc. as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing & applying External 100% Acrylic Paint of approved make, colour & shed in minimum three coats (first coat with external primer & balance two coat of paint as per manufacturer's specification) with brush on exterior sand faced plastered surfaces/ mala plastered surfaces at all heights/ all floors/ all heights & all places including scaffolding to give even shades including thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth etc complete as per the manufacture's specification & to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include the cost of filler for cracks on the surfaces. Actual surface area shall be measured and considered without multiplying any coefficient for payment.
SEC:12 ROOFING WORKS Providing and fixing precoated galvalume iron profile sheets (size, shape, shade and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge). Profile sheet of nominal1015 mm effective cover width and nominal 28.5 mm deep ribs with subtle square fluting in the five pan at nominal 203 mm centre-to-centre. The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap.The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), 0.50mm Total thickness, Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc) as per AS 1397 /IS 15961- Zincalume AZ150 (Min.150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with superior quality paint coat. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 μm, comprising of nominal 20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval by the engineer in charge prior to installation. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every regular interval for confirming genuinity of the material. The sheet shall be fixed using Self Drilling, Self Tapping bolts of Hilti, Buildex or equivalent of required size (and all necessary overlaps complying to the manufacturer's specifications including cutting to size and shape, erecting at all levels, providing openings, all fixtures and fixing, accessories with EPDM sealing, silicon sealant at ridge and valleys including all material, labour, scaffolding, wastage, tools, tackles, equipment, transportation, shop drawing, and excluding the cost of purlins and rafters etc all complete as per drawings as directed by the engineer in charge . The rate shall include end laps, side laps, bolts etc. Sheets shall be supplied in custom lengths upto 12.0 m. All overlaps shall be sealed with silicone sealants for sloped roofings. Actual plan area of roof shall be measured for payment with out considering wastage and overlap.

Flashings/ Aprons Providing and fixing precoated galvalume iron profile sheets Flashings/ Aprons (same as rofing sheet and of required size) having 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.
Cement Fiber board False ceiling with GI Framing Providing & Fixing M/F Suspended 12mm thick cement fiber Board/ multi purpose cement partical board with GI Gyproc frming anf syspension system which includes GypSerra Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centers. Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per sight conditions by fixing it to the soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. Intermediate channel is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 Gyproc metal to metal screw. The Ceiling Section is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 600mm c/c. All framing materials shall be of GI (IS513), YS-300Mpa, Finish-Galvanized 150GSM (IS 277). 12mm thick cement fiber Board/ multi purpose cement partical board (Confirming to IS 2095-Part-I, 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centers. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing /instruction of EIC. Area of cutouts shall not be deducted and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. Only plan area shall be considered for payment. The rate shall be in sqmt for all floors and at all heights including necessary scaffolding, tools, tackles, wastage etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing 18mm thick multi purpose grade fiber bonded cement partical board (Bison panel) on existing MS structure with hot dip galvanised/ SS 316 grade anchor and fastners to create mezzanine floor etc complete for all floor all height all level as per drawing and as directeed by engineer in charge.
Sec.13.0 Demolition & Dismantling Work Demolition including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal or unserviceable materials at nonobjectionable place with all leads and lifts including cutting the reinforcement, and finishing the broken surfaces to match with the surroundings etc. complete : RCC Works.

Providing and laying rubble soling in plinth and sub-base of road, compacted thickness specified as following, using specified size of hard stones for average 150mm thick soling, filling, covering and leveling the surface with a layer of earth after filling the voids (upto 25%) with sand, smaller sized black trap stones 20-40mm, 40-63mm, 63-90, 90-150mm size of stone/metals or stone chips, including watering, ramming well and compacting or consolidating each layer by static roller/ vibratory roller of required capacity as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Providing and laying construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.Rate shall include cost of formwork if any.
Providing and spreading gravels of size 10 -15 mm in required depth for sub layer in catchpit, manhole etc as per drawing and as diredted by engineer in charge.
Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material of any grade, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tripper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7.5 kg/10sqm using mechanical means including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour/ DMP 60-90 TPH capacity using crushed aggregates of any grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction etc complete including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for applying Tack Coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 complying with IS:8887. The tack coat shall be applied by a self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer, equipped for spraying the material uniformly at the rate of 2.5Kg/Sqmt etc complete including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. No dilution or heating at site of RS1 bitumen emulsion shall be permitted.
Providing material and labour for laying Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ min 5.4 % of mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a self-propelled paving machine equipped with an electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10 tonne static weight or vibratory roller or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight to achieve the desired compaction as per approved design mix etc complete including all material, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc complete as per MORTH specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying precast fair finish curbing of (factory made) RCC M25 grade curbing of required size with all accessories including necessary excavation, cutting the road, laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate 20/37 mm. down size), exposed rendering, curing, flush pointing CM 1:3 as per the drawing, as per approved sample and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Providing material and labour for laying shot blasted Non-interlocking (factory made) high density 60 mm thick M35 grade any colour brick type paver blocks of size 200mm x 200mm/ 200mm x 100mm of approved make and shade for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing including average 50 to 80 mm thick bedding layer of coarse sand below paver block. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted and as directed by Engineer in charge. The work shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only for paver blocks. Cutting of the paver block to be necessary and if required, by machine cut only. The Finished surface of the paver block shall have coarse sand texture finish. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC.
Providing material and labour for laying 60mm thick Solid Concrete Combination Cobbles of differant size, made by vibro pressed method of VYARA or equivalent as approved by Architect/ EIC, with +/-3mm tolerance and thickness of wearing layer not less than 5mm of any color and shade (UV Light resistant fast colours from Lanxess only to be used) having compressive strength of 30 Kg/cm2 for footpath, parking areas, service lanes and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Combination cobbles shall be laid as per pattern approved by Architect and Engineer in charge. Including providing and laying average 50 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below the block as per required grading and specification.Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted and as directed by Engineer in charge. Providing material and labour for fixing FRC (Fiber reinforcemed concrete) Heavy Duty Man Hole Cover with frame of any size any shape with MS flat allround, 16mm ø plain round bar for lifting the cover & should be fitted with plastic cups etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.On the upper periphery of frame 25 x 3 mm wide MS flat with hot dip galvanizing should be well embed in concrete to protect the edges of frame.
Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges bwith MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing Ductile iron manhole frame and cover/ grating/ chamber cover of approved make and type. Man hole cover shall be any type (hinged type, double sealed or recess type), any shape (square/ rectangle/ square frame with round cover) any grade (light duty/ medium duty/ heavy duty) of required loading capacity having double sealed system as per manufacturing standard BS EN-124, with proper lifting arrangement, black bituminous coating, including fixing in CC and finishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Cover shall be as per drawing and as per approved sample. Recess manhole cover depth shall be according to pavement/ finish as per drawing.
FRP Recessed Man hole cover Providing and Fixing heavy duty double seal FRP Manhole cover with frame of 25MT capacity, in matching shade of surrounding pavement and design according to EN - 124:1994 of HP or equivalent of clear opening size of 600mm x 600mm and recesse depth 80mm, with client's logo etc. complete as approved by architect and as directed by engineer in charge. Frame shall be embaded in concrete of M25 grade and top level of frame shall be flush with road level. Frame and cover shall be with 4 number lifting key with proper lifting arrangement. Rate shall be inclusive of cover frame and concrete work. The rate includes carting upto any lead from store to site as per directed by engineer in charge.
Garden Soil Filling Providing material and labour for Filling mixture of good quality garden soil obtained from outside for all lead and lift with farm yard manure and pesticides in exacavated tree pit, shrub area, lawn area including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed by engineer in charge. Excavation for plantation shall be paid in revevant tender item.
TREES PLANTATION Supplying and planting of trees of specified variety in existing prepared tree pit including pesticides, termite treatment, and planting of mature plants (height minimum 15' or above as approved). Soil mounts 2' - 3' in size. Tree plantation should be carried on neatly accurately and with perfection as per drawing and instruction given by the EIC. Plants shall be planted by manual/ mechanical means and rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, equipments as per description. Plant must be supply in bag size of 25"X25" or above. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Rates for mortality to be inclusive. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC. Basic rate - Type A - Upto Rs 500

SHRUBBERY PLANTATION Supplying well grown shrub plants and ground cover plants of required height (average 2' to 3') and planting as per drawing by providing and mixing garden soil with vermi compost (@ 250kg / 100 Sqm) or mixture of decayed neem cake and tobacco powder in depth of planter as per drawing with soil pesticide & insecticide. Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the shrubs. Mortality rates to be inclusive. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC. The ground coverage should be dense and uniform throughout the planting area. Basic rate - Type A - 150 Rs.
Lawn Plantation : 1) Supplying material and labour for filling with good quality garden soil obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed. Dressing and leveling the area by spreading 2"-3" of good quality soil & manual compaction as required and as approved by EIC. 2) Supply and spreading of FYM (2.50 Cum in 100 Sqm area) shall be done in proper slope as per mention in drawing including watering and fine dressing. Termite treatment to be done before laying of FYM. 3) Supplying and planting of the specified lawn on above described surface. Plantation of lawn at distance 8cm c/c. When the grass is approximately 3 cm high, it shell be rolled with a light wooden roller and when it has grown up to 5 to 8 cms above the ground, weeds must be removed and after that lawn shall be cut to the appropriate height using the lawn cutter for minimum 3 to 4 times. Weeds shall be removed regularly and periodic top dressing of FYM shall be done during the maintenance period (Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period.) Work shall be done in the pattern as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation for lawn planting, Termite Treatment, Plantation, Maintenance, Watering till the end of Maintenance Period as per the instruction of EIC. Garden soil filling with FYM shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Providing and installing floor/ mounted dustbins of approved make. Dust bin shall be one Piece Moulded, Heavy Duty Waste Bin of approx. 80 Litres capacity made out of FDA approved virgin grades of Polyethylene material manufactured from Rotational Moulding Process / Blow Moulding Process absolutely smooth and sanitary, chemical resistant, blended with stabilizers, Anti Corrosive, Anti Acidic, Non toxic and free from joints, welds or rims; provided with fully openable unique lid, open from either side for easy garbage drop even from distance, ideal for Storage and Handling of Solid Waste to satisfy the critical requirements of MSW 2000. Virgin Grade of Polyethylene material confirming to the requirement of IS 10146 – 1982. Dustbin shall be fixed on floor or wall as per approved sample.
Providing, casting, hoisting, installing in position Precast Reinforced cement concrete Bench as per design and drawing having 40mm thick mirror polished kota of approved shade on top. groove of same width as mortar thickness shall be provided between top kota stone and concrete top as per drawing. Remaining surface of bench shall be expose rcc work. All edges of kota shall be champhered and polished. Rate shall be inclusive of RCC, reinforcement, mould, form work and kota work with all material, labour for making, fixing, loading, unloading, hoisting, placing, polishing etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Sample shall be approved before execution of work. Approximate Size of Bench - 1500 L x 450 mm W x 380mm H with solid base of required architectural shape.

Transplantation/ Relocation of Tree: 1) Removing of tree from suggested location with required size of root ball without demaging the root by means of manual/ machanical as per site condition. The roots of sapling shall be wrapped properly. 2) Re-Planting of trees in excavated pit (as directed by engineer in charge) of required size (digged before removing trees). The pit shall be filled with manure, fertilizer soil, garden soil as per requirement. Location of transplantation shall be decided by AMC for all lead 3) After filling, soil is consolidated by watering. 4) Trees shall be braced upright in position properly. (in such a manner that the plant retains its vertical position.) The consolidated item shall be executed by approved land scaping/ gardening agency (who has succesful experience) as directed by Engineer In Charge. Rate shall be including all above mentioned execution sequence.
Providing and fixing in position Children Playground Equipment of approved make and as per approved sample as per drawing and directions by engineer in charge. Basic rate -Total Amount Rs.10,00,000.00 for all equipment 12 Nos (Approximet Nos.)
Providing material and labour for laying cement concrete broom finish/ smooth finish pavement for plinth protection/ CC Road 100 –150 mm. thick with M25 concrete including giving a floating coat of 1:1 cement mortar, with Nominal temperature steel, tie bar, dowel bar as per MORTH specifications of section -6 etc complete as specified by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall be exclusive of reinforcement steel, dowel bar etc. The same shall be paid in relevant tender items. Rate shall be inclusive of concrete (to be laid in alternate panels size shall be apprx 4.5mt X 5.0mt ) with fair finished steel channel formwork, saw cutting of construction & contraction joints in width 3 to 5 mm x 1/4 to 1/3 thickness of pavement, filling the 25mm x 20 mm (BXD) expansion joint approximately at every 30 mt with readymix bitumiNous filler as per sample approved & directed by engineer incharge etc complete. Screened Sand to be only used.
Vaccum dewatering Extra for carrying out vaccum dewatering & Power floater treatment in roads, pavements, floors well compacted, mechanically vibrated with screed vibrator, finished to required levels, floated with neat cement and power trowelled to get desired smooth finish / broom finish, over a leveling course, including MS channel or box shuttering, curing for 10 days with gunny bags etc complete. The size of panel should be approximately 3.75 x 5.5 m or as directed by Engineer. The Contraction joints to be formed at every 5m distance by grooving with mechanical saw within 48 hrs. Groove/sawed joints/ longitudinal joints shall be made of 6mm width and 25 mm depth min (1/3 rd depth of the pavement) as shown in the drawing. The rate shall be inclusive of labour, making the grooves and machinery cost.
Sec.16 Signage Works ACP sheet signage : Providing, Making and fixing 3 mm thick ACP sign of any shape and size and of approved make to be cut on CNC router cutting and smoothen all corners and edges. Matter shall be cut in 3M High intensity prismatic Reflective vinyl ASTM Type 4 and paste on it as per design and detail and as per manufacturer's specifications. UV stabilized lamination shall be done on it. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with clamp and angle on new or existing MS Pole/ wall surface/ MS structure as per drawing. Content of sign shall be letters (In Gujarati & English), graphics / maps, signs etc. in any colour as per design, drawing and approved by Architect and Engineer. All side of box shall be covered with fresh ACP sheet, but only one side elevation area shall be measured and paid in sqmt. Cost of MS Pole and Civil works shall be paid as per relevant tender items. The rate shall also include cost of scaffolding, drilling, fabrication, finishing, adhesive material, etc at all height and all lead, angle, fixing charges, etc. The contractor should submit the drawings based on concept design and do the sampling and get it approved before execution.
Sec.17 Miscelinious Works Grass Paver/Grid Paver Providing and laying grey/non colored grass paver blocks (grid paver) of high density 75 mm thick M-30 grade of approved make. Grid paver shall be laid on existing levelled good soil Including 40 mm thick average FYM Soil filling and approved quality lawn in gap of grid paver. Laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. Cutting of paver block by machine cut only and laying to be done by skilled flooring mason. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. (Cost of FYM soil and lawn shall be paid separately).
ACP sheet For Light Feature : Providing, Making and fixing ligth pole covering maade out of 4mm thick ACP sheet with carving in any shape and size as per drawing. ACP sheet shall be of any shade and texture and of approved make. Design to be cut on CNC router cutting and smoothen all corners and edges. The ACP sheet shall be fixed with clamp and angle on new or existing MS Pole/ structure as per drawing. All side of light feature shall be covered with ACP sheet, and actual area of ACP sheet shall be measured and paid in sqmt. Cost of MS Pole and Civil works shall be paid as per relevant tender items. The rate shall also include cost of scaffolding, drilling, fabrication, finishing, adhesive material, etc at all height and all lead etc. The contractor should submit the drawings based on concept design and do the sampling and get it approved before execution.
Providing and fixing 6mm thick fiber cement board of approved make with CNC work as per concept drawing for jali work and fixed with existing MS framing with SS 316 fastner, screw for all floor, all level all height etc complete as per drawing and as directee by engineer in charge. Contractor shall prepare shop drawing as per concept drawing for CNC work before starting the work. Sample and mpock-up shall be approved before mass work.
