The panel shall be factory made, double door outdoor type made out of 2.0 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin & rust proof front operated, front & rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of sie 40X40X6 mm and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc including taking down old unserviceable panel all as directed at site and comprising of the following accessories: - (i) TPN 63 Amp - 01 No (ii) Timer switch for flood lights- 01 No (iii) Contactor 16 Amp 3 Pole- 03 Nos (iv) Rising and lowering push button with control wiring- 02 Nos

S&F in replacement LT spacer in LT overhead line of ACSR conductor made of high quality regid PVC, water proof ,weather proof & shock proof. The spacer shall also be suitable for use on both horizental and vertically configuration of LT O/H line ACSR conductor 5 wire /4 wire system complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of underground cable etc or n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc.& getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus (soils) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour, for cutting existing road for taking out/laying of underground cable through GI pipe of dia 40mm/80mm including necessary earth work and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting faulty LT cables of any size from both ends,detecting fault by fault detecting machine,remove the defect,reconnecting and testing of cable including excavation,returning filling ,removal of earth & relaying of cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) LT cable & cable joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ. (ii) Contractor's rep alongwith Manpower and earth fault locating machine, required to attend the breakdown within one hour of notification by JE(E/M) and contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same.

Dismantling and taking down old cross arms, clamps, braces, brackets of MS channel or angle section including nut bolts washers etc from poles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if reqd shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

S&F Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Re- streching, of existing sagged/broken earth wire and over head ACSR conductor, any size upto 5 conductors in one span of HT/LT over head line to maintain proper sag and binding with the existing insulators with new binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Linear length centre to centre of the pole shall only be measured. (ii) 4/5 Lines of ACSR Conductor shall be considered as one span for measurement .

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 30cm girth,sapling,shrubs etc touching/approaching the LT/HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the LT/HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to electrical equipment/GOD/LA and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s):- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with TMT bar 8mm dia both ways @100c/c. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. (v) Quoted lump sum / rate shall be inclusive of above all provisions.

M&L for painting to steel tubular poles upto 9 metre long including attachments (cross arms, clamps, GI pipes etc) complete with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning the existing surface for rust free & preparing of the existing surface for painting including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of white synthetic enamel paint & two strips of Yellow/ black paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole after preparing the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coat of cement base paint (white ) on LT PCC pole including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of white synthetic enamel paint & two strips of Yellow/ black paint (as per existing pattern) throughout the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of polewith and painting with two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on LT pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making existing surface rust free complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting faulty/burnt end or portion of cable from LT panel/LT pole/ main switch/change over etc ,removing burnt/faulty portion of cable,pulling out cable from loop after necessary excavation & earth work , preparing fresh terminals, cleaning the surface not less than 01 metre surrounding panel/pole,providing thimbles of suitable size, LT tape,relaying & reconnecting the cable of any size and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed.

The sign board to be fixed on top of building/ ground or angle iron structure complete all as specified and directed .
