Cleaning the storm water drain with various sizes including collection of all unwanted leaves, precast slab removal & replacement , silt and other unwanted debris materials, removal and disposal of the same with a lead of 200 metres etc complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Removing Sewage water with sludge from Septic tank / Champers/ Pipe lines by using mechanical equipments to remove the effluent and conveying the sludge's by tanker lorry (minimum capacity 9000 litrs) and disposal at out side of campus as a approved area by a corporation including loading and unloading, removal and replacing the cover slabs, cleaning in and around the area of septic tank / champers / Gully area complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth Level : (a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in – Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick finished with including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints, and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer- In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC or brick work including scaffloding as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Cleaning sunshades, roof building terrace gutters at all levels of various building, removing the vegetation growth, cleaning the drain pipes, spouts, removal of waste material if any periodically as and when required including necessary ladders and scaffolding arrangement, conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins as directed with lead above 2km upto 3km, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of unwanted plants with main route at all levels, from wall / floors sunshade, gutters including floor& wall chipping and packing by concrete & , plastering etc as per site requirements including material , labour, scaffolding etc as per specification at all lifts and all as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying Painting wooden doors, MS grills with One or more Coats of synthetic enamel paint( Asian or approved brand colour and manufacturer) at all lifts over a old surface including cost of all materials, labour, preparing the surfaces, Removing the paint by scraping, rubbing applying primer and wood filler wherever required . All as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Labour engagement for unmeasurable items of works such as masonry touch up works, cleaning works, mach furniture and materials shifting to enable taking up the renovation woks as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc, complete

Prepare surface and re - polishing the old wooden surface using approved quality & make French polish /varnish including bees waxing wood filler etc., and such other required materials, one or more coat to give an even shade.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Polishing of Kota stone flooring/ marble flooring/ mosaic flooring etc by grinding and honing of floor using diamond abrasives to remove all minor scratches to bring an even surface. Later hardening the surface with floor polishing powders. The floor will be burnished with 1200 RPM burnishes.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding .and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge,including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts Involved.
