Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layears) by scrapping with steel wire brushes or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and M & L for preparation of old plastered external surfaces of walls and applying the following:- (i) Two coats of weather proof (antifungal) exterior emulsion paint by using airless spray/ roller over and including a coat of exterior emulsion primer. Complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling (any number of layears) by scrapping with steel wire brushes or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and aplying two coat of distemper on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipe and eaves gutters (any size and pattern) including all fittings heads shoes bends swan necks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with MS clamps as directed 6 Kg/Sq cm.complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repair 75/100 mm dia of PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating incluing jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles of 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile size 600x600mm in floors set and jointed over incl. 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing floor tiling and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 52 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirtings etc on 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to receive the tiles, complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm. in floors jointed over incl. 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing floor tiling and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 54 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirtings etc on 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M&L marble work 15-18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) in pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and roundening to the edge of stone slabs on edges jointed over incl. 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing removing rubbish from the site etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Machine cut kota stone 18-22mm Thick in riser of steps skirting dado, pillar etc over cement screed base laid and jointed With grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing incl 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface rough to receive the tile/ marble etc including dismantling existing and cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of Roof / wall concrete/plastered surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sam followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sam) manufactured by M/S STP Ltd/IWL India Ltd or its equivalent, laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20 to 22 mm thick, m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with and including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture specifications, as in roof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm stone agg along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Note:- All debris obtained from dismintling, demolition and taking down (Exept credited to contractor) shall be desposed off out side MOD land and charges, if any, as incurred in civil area as per their regulator shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates. No extra claim on this account shall be admissble.

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
