WINDOWS / VENTILATORS
Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.
Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (fixed) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code, joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including applying a coat of red-lead primer.
Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for wooden bead shall be made separately)

CHOWKATHS
Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified.

PLASTERING
CEMENT PLASTERING
15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE FLOORING
Cement concrete works in topping 1:1:2 (1cement :1sand :2 graded aggregates on R.C.C floor, tread and rise of steps finished with a floating coat of neat cement using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg.of cement per sq. m. of floor to be laid in panels including curing complete as directed.

ROOF TREATMENT
Grading roof for water proofing treatment with

PLASTER OF PARIS & WALL PUTTY
Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

CEMENT PAINT & PRIMER
a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.
WALL PAINTING
Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)
Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with alluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) and brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.
(a).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.
Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper.
a). With ready mixed "red-lead/ red oxide" primer.
Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.
(i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.
a). General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).
(B) Providing and application of Sonosheild HLM 5000 of BASF India Ltd, the Liquid, cold-applied elastomeric Asphalt modified Polyurethane waterproofing membrane system of 1.2mm thick having average elongation of 600% and average tensile strength of 1 MPA. The product shall conform ASTM C 836 & National standard of Canada 37.58 - M86 developed by CGSB.
Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper absorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete.
a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.
Supplying, fitting, fixing anodised aluminium fittings of approved make, resonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete.( anodised to bright natural matt & satin finished )

EARTHWORK IN EXCAVATION
Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified.
(A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level.
(a) In ordinary soil
Earth/ sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering, ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary.
(c) With river sand or silt (predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.
STEEL RAILING
Providing and fixing M.S. Tube hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer complete as specified and directed by department.
