Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick masonary or concrete surface in wall and ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free ) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr fixit /Berger / Perma

M&L for preparation of newly plastered roof surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles. Cracks less than 2 mm shall be sealed with "Pidilite URP" manufactured by Dr Fixit or with "Plaster seal" manufactured by STP and cracks more than 2 mm and less than 5 mm shall be sealed with " crack X wooder" manufactured by Dr. Fixit or " Plaster seal" manufactured by STP and applying primer and two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating of approved shade/colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Primer shall be " Prime seal "manufactured by Dr. Fixit" or "Plaster seal" manufactured by STP. (ii) Water proof decorative elastomeric coat shall be Rain coat DFT 100 manufactured by Dr Fixit or shalicry 215 manufactured by STP. (iii) The rate of application of primer and waterproofing coat shall be as per manufacturers instructions. (iv) A time gap of eight hours shall be maintained between the application primer and each water proof coat after application of sealant. (v) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding for execution of the same. (vi) Application of primer and paint shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and a certificate to this effect shall be produced by the contractor.

Complete removal of existing treatment of external surface of wall including removing fungus /algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush,cleaning, washing and removing dust, . Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vaccum cleaner and apply Dr. Fixit Primeseal (Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer.) let it dry. Then pour Dr. Fixit Raincoat into these cracks and wait for it to dry Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit Raincoat without any dilution at the rate of 2 sqm per litre and allow it to dry before taking up the second and third coats, the rate of application being the same, Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hrs, A total thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm must be achieved when Dr. Fixit Raincoat is dry and including necessary scaffoldings etc , complete all as specified and directed Note:- Application of primer and paint shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and a certificate to this effect shall be produced by the contractor.

Removing completely existing water proofing treatment of any description and of any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning washing down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m but n.exc. 2000m complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for rendering 15mm thick using ready mix plaster (on external surfaces of Roof ,Chajja) using water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed Make:- Ready mix plaster manufactured by M/s Ultra Tech or equivalent make manufactured by M/s Dr. Fixit/Chemistik.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab all as specified below and as directed:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (c) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 4mm thick with non woven polyster reniforcement weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm applied by torch application method. (d) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 heated to working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied at 1.20 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (e) Apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

M&L for making the grooves 25mm wide and 50mm deep to 'V' section in existing walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves, inserting chajja of PPGI sheet / APP polymer modified membrane and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, removing clear off site after credit for the same is recovered by the dept., bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank of 500 ltrs capacity, Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and refixing after carrying out APP treatment with all accessories all as specified

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

Taking down existing Steel , Wooden & Aluminium windows/ventilators (without taking off shutters and guard bars) of any size and any location etc complete all as specified and as directed including stacking the materials properly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium three track and three shutter (of equal width) sliding type window without sash bars including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings two No's for each shutter with 4.00mm thick sheet glass for glazing shutters & stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire gauge shutters including following powder coated sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Frame (Bottom)-20620. Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width. M/L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls finishing with sagol even and smooth (with out using extra cement)etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper including application of wall care putty (3mm thick) for smooth finish.etc with roller over one coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.
