Supply of Stationery items required for various division/offices of Sharavathy Valley Project Power Houses, KPCL, Jogfalls - 577 435

The bidder shall be a regular manufacturer/supplier/authorized dealer and shall have proven experience in the field of manufacturing/supplying of office stationery items to any reputed organizations. In proof of the above, purchase order copies of value not less than Rs.4.64 lakhs in a single order OR in case of ARC single/multiple orders issued in any one financial year in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25)and same documents issued from the competent authority shall be compulsorily uploaded in e-portal(Weightage of 10% per year will be considered for 5 preceding financial years to bring them to the present price level of financial year in which the tender is invited).

The bidder in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual turnover of Rs.9.29 lakhs. In proof, annual reports/turn over certificates duly certified by the Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded in e-portal (weightage of 10% per year will be considered for 5 preceding financial years to bring them to the present price level of financial year in which the tender is invited).
