Construction of granular sub-base by providing close " graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-11 (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-25

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the ,. material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base I base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-inCharge.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick, semi dense asphaltic base course using mineral aggregate satisfying the gradation set out in specifications with 5 percent binder content (By weight of total mix) with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve required compaction and density.25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate} prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying premix bituminous macadam base, course with stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified in CPWD specifications and straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 @ 4% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed "material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density . 50 mm compacted thickness ( Quarry)
