TCMC-Rewinding of 120HP and 70HP Sewage Non cloc Pump Motor, 120HP ATS Starter servicing at Kelkattalai Pump House Tambaram City Municipal Corporation

Removing and Refixing of 120HP Sewage Non cloc Pump set from the well and removing the cable connection and dismandling the complete pump set and including cost of crain charges well shutdown work

Removing the 120HP all the old winding from the stator and cleaning the stator slots making the new coils with F-class insulation in the coils ion the slots, providing phase separation in the coil and providing wedges for the slots, varnishing the stator coils with Dr. Beck elmo lift 1A-FD varnish the stator winding, providing new fiber glass end making and Silver brazing and complete rewinding.

Providing New oil seal, [120HP Motor] Mechanical oil seal, Carbon, 'O' Ring, Lubrication oil removing the damaged oil seal and replacing the New oil seal in the correct postion and Reconditioning the 120HP pump shaft throw cheaking and new bush fixing, new bolts and nuts.

Removing the damaged bearing and Providing the New Bearing 6319 C3, 6316 2Z, 7319-B-XL-MP & 6007 2Z

Reparing and servicing of 120HP ATS Starter removing the damaged parts and fixing the new contactor, Timer, Preventer, over load Relay, MPRD2 and including cost of complete ATS Starter Panel wiring and providing the new 1.5Sqmm & 16Sqmm Copper Cable, NO/NC connector, Push Buttom and indicator lamp etc., complete.

Supply and delivery of [120HP ATS] 185Amps Electro magnetic contactors for of suitable capacity in AC Three Phase rating Conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1.
