M&L15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surface fair finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: supply only of WPC shall be measured and paid seperately )

M&L 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Disconnecting the electric connection and taking out the submersible pump set from bore / open well of any capacity including GI column pipe complete and lowering down repaired motor with column pipe, welding joints and connecting electrical connection as directed and transportation of submersible pump set upto 7.5 HP 3 phase from pump house to any location in GMS area to contractors work shop repaired pump set for relowering, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs complete aii as specified and directed

Dismantling of submersible motor 7.5 HP 3 phase from pump house at any location in GMS area under AGE E/M GOS Yard, transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of motor as per the following :- (a) Cutting out existing winding of stator of submersible motor of any make and rewinding with same size of copper winding wire as existing as directed by the EIC. (b) Straightening the slot of starter of submersible motor of any make (c) Replacement of thrust washer and bearing complete of submersible motor of any make. (d) Replacement of worn-out bushes of submersible motor as per manufacturers design and specification. (e) Replacement of sand guard (f) Providing of sleeves in end plate of submersible motor (g) Replacement of cable gormmet (h) Replacement of water seal (i) Replacement of studs with nuts (j) Lathe work of motor shaft, turning to bring it to original size and shape and plastering of shaft of submersible motor for smooth functioning on described amps. Note for item No 24 to 26 :- Pump/Motor shall be dismantled and winding shall be tested continuity at site if winding fail/burnt is established than winding shall be cut at site before issuing gate pass. Dismantling of submersible pump 7.5 HP capacity from pump house at any location in GMS area under AGE E/M GOS Yard, transporting to contractors workshop, dismantling and carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of pumps/Testing as per the following:- (a) Replacement of coupling complete (b) Overhauling of submersible pump and carrying out the following repairs. (c) Lathe work including balancing of pump shaft and cutting of key slots (d) Re-threading of worn-out studs holes and providing over size studs with nuts (e) Replacement of bowel bushes (f) Replacement of neck ring (g) Replacement of steel distance pieces (h) Replacement of bowel (j) Replacement of head extension

Dismantling complete Centrifugal /Mono Block motor of any type and overhauling the pump re-threading of wornout holes of studs and providing over size studs with nuts & washers. Rematlling and balancing of shaft, replacement of gunmetal bush bearing and gland packing of pump set. and refitting the same after the repair/replacement duly all as specified and tested for smooth functioning of capacity 30 HP
