Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:5:10, type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base of floors and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in hardstanding, including spike rolling to surface complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade-'A' complete all as specified and directed.

50mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floors and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cmx 30cmx25 mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for protection of interlocking paver block rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size approved by EIC, ISI marked (IS:15658-2006) 80mm thick, M-40 grade (Medium Traffic), in paths and hardstanding,with grey cement, laid tightly over & including 25mm thick dry sand cushion (compacted) and joints filled with dry sand, colour and pattern as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick masonry in CM 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC type D2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Angle iron posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. including horizontal running MS round bars, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Size of angle shall be as per standard drgs.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 100 x 100 x 3 mm as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, dia meter of shank 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable barbed wire fencing any type complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
