SCHEDULE 'A' PART XIV (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.
(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Material and labour sub main wiring with 4x2.5 Sqmm + 1x2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) using single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor FRLS cable by drawing into concealed PVC conduit of adequate size and including non-metallic heavy grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, as per site requirement with all fitting such as tee, bends, reducer, elbow, bell mouth, tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. fixed properly on as in concealed position on wall/floor/ceiling position on ceiling/roof/trusses including cutting chasing and making good to disturbed surfaces and matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc. conduit including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuous earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures for vertical TPN DB's with provisioning for DPXᵌ 250 MCCBs & MCBs, 4 way, IP-54-IK 09 with metal double door with 250 amps rated copper busbar for each phase with 2 Neutral bas, 2 Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated busbar, 415 volts, as per IS-8623 and IEC 61439-3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- MCCB, 4 pole of cap 250 Amp shall be measured and paid separately under relevant of Schedule 'A'/ BOQ.
Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosures for vertical TPN DB's with provisioning for DPXᵌ 160 MCCB as incomer & SP/TP MCBs as outgoing, 8 way, IP-43-IK 09 with metal double door with 250 amps rated copper busbar for each phase with 2 Neutral bas, 2 Earthbar and cable ties for cable management, fully insulated busbar, 415 volts, as per IS-8623 and IEC 61439-3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- MCCB, 4 pole of cap 160 Amp shall be measured and paid separately under relevant of Schedule 'A'/ BOQ.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3mm thick, buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick alternate layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, earth lead copper strip 20x3mm dia by brazing only and of earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 25mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh complete including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber and cover in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lieu of CI cover and frame etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 (Part-I). Note : Earth strip and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately.
(B) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
Material and Labour for cutting the existing CI/DI pipe of size 150mm dia for inserting Tee, CI/DI of size 150x150x100mm for taking out branch connection including necessary earth work, dewatery of water from trenches, lead joint of Tee complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 with flanged ends as per IS 1538 (FF) 100 mm nominal bore, ISI marked-14846 complete with body, wedge, bonnet, stuffing box made out from cast iron, stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber /fiber board gasket nuts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of cast iron sluice valve PN-1.0 with flanged ends as per IS 1538 (FF) 80 mm nominal bore, ISI marked-14846 complete with body, wedge, bonnet, stuffing box made out from cast iron, stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel including rubber /fiber board gasket nuts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size, 1200mm x1200mm x1200mm (internal) suitable for housing sluice valve/gate valve etc with plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates for foundation, 100mm thick with 150 mm alround offset from external face of wall, brick work in cement motor 1:6, 230 mm thick, rendering 15mm thick in cement motor 1:4, inside complete and outside 150 mm below ground level, coping with plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, type B-1, including provision of MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed to MS angle iron frame 40 X 40 X 6 mm embedded in PCC (1:2:4) concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. all as specified and as directed.
(C) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LV bus duct of capacity 2000 Amps for 3 phase and 1000 Amps for neutral and all accessories fitting required at site made out from high conducting copper strip / conductor of 99.97% purity with degree of protection IP- 68. The conductor have fully rounded edges, with high short circuit standing capacity, high mechanical strength, cast resin insulation and modular in design, built and type tested as per standard IEC-61439-1 and IEC- 61439-6 and placed inside the suitable size of enclosure made out from 1.6 mm thick electro galvanised steel sheet in rectangular shape with epoxy powder coating, complete bus duct fixed on wall, floor, roof with proper MS structure work, PCC work complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bus trunking to be installed from transformer to voltage stabilizer, ACBs and upto AMF panel. Accordingly, before placing purchace order contractor shall take all measurment for length of bus trunking and required Nos of fittings such as transformer feed unit, vertical elbow, horizontal elbow and flexible jumper for installation of bus trunking.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HT 12 KV, 3 Phase 50 Hz totally metal clad withdraw able type Vacuum Circuit Breaker panel indoor type with copper bus bar of suitable rating, horizontal isolation type VCB of capacity minimum 630 Amps rated current as per latest IEC 62271- 200. Switch gear panel shall be of sheet steel construction with Aluminum zinc not less than 2.5 mm thickness for load bearing section and not less than 2mm thick for non-load bearing shall be totally dust and vermin proof. The offered panels shall be type tested to meet IEC 602983and 60694 / IS: 3427 standard, No of operation of Vacuum Interrupter Bottles - 3 for better performance : (i) Mechanical life- 30,000 operations, (ii) Rated Current- 630 A and (iii) Rated short circuit current- 21 KA. (A) All the main components like VI/VCB/ Relays/Meters shall be of same make or as recommended by OEM. Panel and VCB parameters are as below
Supply and installation of 11 KV outdoor extensible 04 way ring main unit floor mounted with copper bus bars consisting of 01 No incoming 630A fixed Vacuum circuit breakers and 03 Nos outgoing fixed Vacuum circuit Breaker and 01 No. 400 Amp capacity, air insulated BUS PT panel coupled with RMU. All live parts, bus bars, VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections and sealed for life robotically welded stainless steel tank 3mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insullation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The complete RMU unit shall be powder coated of RAL-7032 gray to DIN standard 43656 with gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. RMU should complete with all accessories such as ring core CTs, self-powered microprocessor based numerical protection relay for O/C, S/C and E/F, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for breaker ON/OFF/Trip/Spring charged, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129- Earth Switch, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000 m as per IEC 60120, IS-13118. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar, each Vacuum Circuit Breaker module should consist of following accessories:

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer of energy efficiency, level 3, 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 1000 KVA core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature, air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN – 11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at + 5% HV side to - 10% in steps of 2.5 % for variation of HV in number of tap position-7 be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius when measured by resistance method for transformer winding and 40 degree Celsius measured by thermometer for top oil when tested in accordance with IS-2026 (Part-2). The transformer shall conform to energy efficiency level III rating as per IS-1180 : 2014 and subsequently amended thereof (amendment No.4, Mar 2021) and shall comprise of the following :-
(a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with MS cable box sealed for HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing, copper rods, nut and washers, brushing shall confirming to IS-2099 (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing shall confirming to IS-7421 with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with two Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joint and jointing material complete (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agent (silica gel) (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter reading temperature indicator with resisting device for transformer (h) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral and body. (j) Buchholzs relay for alarming and tripping of circuit breaker. (k) First fill transformer oil as per IS-335-1972, upto desired level. Material and labour for voltage stabilizer for automatic operation three phase naturally oil cooled (ONAN) indoor type and designed for input variation between 300 V to 480 V comprising with auto transformer, Buck & Boost transformer (copper wound with new filtered & dehydrated transformer oil) servo motor, auto control solid state control circuit and other fitting with output voltage stabilized at 415V with accuracy of ± 1% and speed correction 8 Volts per second and capacity of 1000 KVA as per IS 9815/IS 2026, Class `H' insulation with digital temperature/ voltage /current display overload for 100% unbalance etc. all as specified and directed including short cut, high voltage trips protection single phase preventer, low voltage trip auto visual alarm and surge spike suppress and porcelain bushing (conforming to IS 3347) along with cable junction boxes with top or side entry and independent phase control etc. with first fill of transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.
APFC CONTROLLER: Controller should be of 12 Stage advanced with digital signal processor for fast thyristor switching, Dual PF Mode, Com. Port- 485, programmable discharge time, alarm option on Over voltage, harmonics, display capacitive, inductive, normal position of the system. It should have clearly visible 3 windows LED display to display the each phase data (38 parameters minimum) separately. In order to have complete system and network control, it should have 7 input channels, 4 voltage and 3 main network current. It should be capable of recording Kwh and calculating harmonics up to 19th level on all phase, sensing current from 3 CT’s for all 3 phase parameters. (H) EOT CRANE
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated overhead travelling (EOT) crane, class-II, operated from floor through pendent station lead of capacity 1.5Ton (without cabin) having span of 24mt and hook height of 4.5 metres, connection with and including current collecting device, GI shrouded bus bar of suitable capacity (The bus bars are common for the 4 cranes) including supply and fix box type double bridge girder, trolley mounted hoist mechanism, track rail for CT motion, control panel with VVVF drives, breaking mechanism for all the motions, limit switches complete all as specified in IS-3177 of 1985, IS-807, IS -2148 and IS-3815 adhering to the following notes that for the 4 cranes will be operating on same longitudinal girders. Necessary limit switches and buffers shall be provided between two crane movements in consultation with GE and users. i) Electric motor, squirrel cage, 3phase,440V, 50Hz, 960rpm, 6pole, crane duty, 60% CDF duty cycles totally, 300 starts/Hr, Totally enclosed fan cool type, with F class insulation of suitable capacity for all the motions. ii) Hoist mechanism shall have 4 number of falls iii) Hoist mechanism shall have two brakes, one electro hydraulic thrustor, and other electromagnetic disc type of suitable capacities
(J) BOILER
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LDO fired designed as per indian boiler amendment act 2007 steam boiler 850 kg per hr capacity F&A 180 degree C, 10.54 kg/Cm2 pressure, 3 phase reverse flow, forced circulation coil type complete including fittings and accessories complete all as specified. i) Acceptance shall take all the reference from IS 13980-1995 and shall be applicable. Report/complaince certificate to this to be submitted to TAC for acceptance. ii) Each boiler to be tested at factory and FAT shall be validated by GE/TAC (Effisences consulting or equivalent) complete MEP including electroplating installation and undertake the testing of individual of system as prescribed in tender along with composite testing of overall system and issue the testing and quality confirmation certificate for the safe and quality installation and submission of FAT certificate to be made to department for acceptance along with boiler and site testing will be undertaken with following tests:- (a) Ensure all components of the system are clean and free from foreign matter. (b) Mechanical check shall be carried out on the system to ensure all the components are correctly installed and ready for use.
(c) General connection inspection on supply piping, ignition system, safety shutdown device function test etc. (d) Fuel supply line condition check (e) Pump control function test (f) Control test for safety devices (g) Tank coating test, hydraulic test, welding inspection test, complete boiler test like - water chemical test, water level control test, feed system control test, loop test (on open circuit) for each of the circuit to be carried out at site. NOTE: The final testing of boiler for its functional test complying all the safety parameter as referred there in related IS for boiler safety shall be carried out by authorized boiler inspector as approved by Engineer in Charge/Garrison Engineer.
(K) Water Softening Plant

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pressure reducing station for feed water complete with 2 Nos of ball valve, 2 Nos of pressure gauge (complete with by-pass arrangement) suitable for provision of inlet of softener with inlet pressure from hydro pneumatic at 7.5 Kg/cm2 (Maximum ) and water flow of 6000 LPH complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of steam flow meter suitable for horizontal/ vertical mounting with matching flanges for accuracy of + 1% measured value, integral density compensation, calibrated on ISO 9001 flow rig, the installation shall be completed in accordance to manufactures specifications and shall have port connection for BMS compatibility Flow rate : 2000 Kg/hr and Steam pressure : 2.5 Kg/sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 990 ltrs capacity day oil storage tank fabricated from 4 mm thick MS plates, 450 mm dia Manhole cover, glass level indicator and flanged connection for inlet, outlet, overflow, vent drain, with valve, boiler return and probe provision for level controller tank shall be mounted on 2 m high steel structure support with access ladder (painted with 2 coats of red oxide primer) complete all as specified and as directed. All supports shall have the piping supports to be designed inline with ANSI B31.1, B31.3 and shall account for both longitudional and transverse stress. The supports shall be planned to make the installation seismically qualified. The design validation to be accounted by the GE/nominated consulting agency.
BOILER CHIMNEY Supply & fixing MS exhaust chimney made out of MS sheet of nominal thickness 6mm made to shape in cylindrical form by achieving 300mm dia with minimum height 12 mtr fixed above to the boiler exhaust manifold by providing necessary fixing/mounting arrangement all as per the design and recommended of OEM of the boiler complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of intermittantly run automatic Effluent treatment plant (ETP) of capacity 10 KLD (3-3.5 KLD each of chrome, cynide and acid/alkali effluents) with digital monitor of PH / Flow parameters of effluent before and after the treatment for effluents of elctroplating shop. The design should cater for input effluent coming form electro plating workshop of Air force station at 3 BRD Chandigarh to be treated as per standards published vide MOEF Gazette notification Part II- sec 3(ii) dt 01-01-2016 and also to the norms of central/state PCB. The line of treatment shall be seperate for chrome, cynide and acid/alkali effluents for entire processes to achieve designed output parameters. The filter feed sump, dual media filter, activated carbon filter and treated effluents collection sump can be common for all the three effluents. the design treatment procedure and all stages involved in the treatment process shall be got designed from any one of the reputed OEM's (Sombansi Enviroment Pvt Ltd/ Optimus Pvt Ltd/ Hydroparyavaran Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by accepting officer. Test report for ETP raw water inlet & treated water outlet , Plant operation & maint schedule and ETP training for one week to industrial staff/ user to be provided. Design, Manufacture, supply, installation/ erection, testing and commissioning of vertical flow packed tower type wet scrubber with mist eliminitor suitable for Acid, Alkaline & Cyanide Fumes of 5000 CFM capacity and as per details given complete with all accessories like recirculation pump set , automation water supply and level controls , recirculation tank , inter connnnecting HDPE/PPH piping/ access ports & doors/Distributor cell/Packing column/spraying circuit iwith nozzles, including all electrical ,connection water connection and fume extration duct inlet and outlet connection , PCC fundation as per OEM/ fixing MS clamps / for angle supports/ connection flanges etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Process Description: The exhaust fumes form electroplating line are sucked by exhaust blower through the scrubber. Fumes in air move up the packed tower, Counter current to the liquid spray. The process should involve establishing maximum contact between liquid and fume using a fine, intense spray with a high efficiency exchange screen separating each section. The scrubber should be equipped with a demister at the top which will remove most of the mist produced by the spraying in the tank below and connected to nearby drain pipe not more than 3 mtr for further treatment in ETP. (ii) Construction : The integrated body and water storage tank of the scrubber shall be made out of 5mm thick PPGL sheet + 5mm FRP lining suitable for Acid, Alkaline & Cyanide Fumes. Flow looking windows to be provided to see flow and spray working. The Structure has to be suitable reinforced for appropriate strength as per OEM.Packing fill & removal doors have to be provided at suitable place of packing tower. Rates are inclusive of upto 5 mtr connecting duct work incl all accesories from srucbber outlet to chimney inlet.
(x) Accesories :- pressure gauge at inlet and outlet scrubber of suitable capacity to be provided. Pollution mesurement port should also be provide at both inlet & outlet of wet scrubber. Flowmeter for water recirculation should also be provided. (xi) Inspection and testing : GA drawing , including GTP of wet scrubber must be approved by GE before execution . Pre-commissioning test has to be done by IEM or third party as per procedure in vouge. (xii) The output of the scrubber shall meet the latest emission norms by Pnjab PCB/CBCB. the input for the scrubber will be fumes generated by the respective electroplating bath tanks whose solution concentration has been indicated under note (i) item under 14.196. contractor has to design the scheme accordingly.

Note for SI item No. 14.206 to 14.224 :- (I) All the specification regarding the fume extraction system have been indicated on minimum basis and to be followed forguidance purpose. Contactor has to design the entire system including ducting from lip suction hood of respective tanks, scrubbers, blowers andchimney stack based upon the sute conditions and execute through a reputed OEM (KAMTESS/ GROWEL/ PS GLOBAL or equivalent as approved by accepting officer) having expertee in fume extration system. Anydeviation on higher side from the specified values required for meeting the lataest emission norms has to be done by contractor without any additional cost basis. (ii) Exhaust from chimney stack shall meet the latest emmission norms established by CPCB/PCB/ environmetal regulatory bodies. testing of sufficient samples of the scrubber inlet and chimney stack outlet to be conducted through a NABL accrediated Lab for persual of pollution control board in order to obtain clearance from them for all the 16 No of rows. Cost of testing of samples or any other modification work reqd in order to obtain PPCB clearance forthe 16 No of lines should be borne by the contractor without any additional cost basis.
Note for comprehensive maintenance:- (i) The contractor shall carry out the comprehensive maintenance of these items i.e. (LDO oil fired boiler of capacity 850 kgs per hour capacity, water softning plant of capacity-3000 LPH, ETP of Capacity 10 KLD & fume extraction system comprising of wet scrubers & air blowers (capacity 5000CFM to 25000CFM, total units of fume extraction system-16Nos)) during defect liability period. The rate quoted for these items are deemed inclusive consideration of this aspect. No claim whatsoever in this regard shall be admissible.
