Replacement of Central Air Conditioning Plant of ED (W) Seminar Hall.

• The bidder should be Manufacturer of Air Conditioning system or their authorized dealer/authorized channel partner/authorized agent etc. In case of authorized representative of OEM, the Bidder shall submit Bid specific manufacturer’s authorization form (MAF).

• The bidder should have carried out supply, erection, testing & commissioning of at least one numbers of air conditioning system of capacity of at least 11 TR in a single unit, during the last 07 years as on the date of issue of NIT in the following organization:  Govt Organizations  PSU  Public Limited Company  Joint venture Company where at least one partner in Govt. Organization or PSU.

• Self attested Copies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: i) Work Order/any other Letter of Award of Work/ Contract Document/ Purchase Order placed by the client. ii) Commissioning or Completion Certificate or Final Acceptance Certificate released by the respective client. T&C(E)/A6453/AM/R/676 2 iii) In support of successful completion of work mentioned and submitted by the Tenderers as required in point3. i), they shall submit performance certificate from the Purchaser or submit a "Self Attested Declaration" that the items supplied against above Purchase Orders has no adverse report from the Purchaser as on Bid

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three consecutive financial years shall be at least Rs.50 Lakhs (Indian Rupees fifty lakhs only). The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports for last three (3) consecutive financial years ending March 2023 in support of the above.

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March 2023.

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
