Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and making good disturbed ground all as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 150 sq. cm and not exc 400 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted shall deemed to inclusive of necessary formwork for casting post / structs etc.

S&F mild steel framed work in tubular trusses/ post /frame work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long and dia of neck not less than 10mm complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing any size or type including dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type or any description as directed complete all as specified. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing & round bars shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of BoQ.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

All as per serial item No 10.00 here-in-before but except barbed wire. Note : (i) Old serviceable barbed wire retrieved from serial item No. 30.00 here-in-after shall be used under this item. (ii) Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F mild steel framed work (Using angle, flat iron / round / square bars and tube of any size) such as any type of work, grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge..

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing old brick, stone, asbestos cement or plastered surfaces, concrete surfaces (Kerb Stone Painting) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on walls all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on wall surface to give uniform and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 300mm x 300mm x 10-12mm thick heavy duty factory made coloured paver tiles (Delta IVORY / Delta TERRACOTA "Matt finished) as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match with tiles, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified.

M&L for providing extra soil for raising the earth level by filling & spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, rramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash bricks as specified in clasue 6 of Particular specification, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic designer & pattern (dark & light shade) tiles (coloured) 1st quality, 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of galvanized steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.
