FURNITURE Additional Classroom: Desk cum bench:Overall size 1800mm x 820mm x 750 mm. The size of the writing top shall be 1200mm(W) X 380mm (D), seat size shall be 1200mm(W) X300mm (D), back rest size shall be 1200mm (W) X 150mm (H). Desk Height 750 mm and Seat height 460 mm. The top of the desk shall be made up of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF board. All the edges of the MDF board are machine-pasted with 1.5mm thick PVC Edge band. The top shall be supported on CRCA square pipe having cross - sectional area 25.4mm X 25.4mm with 1.2mm thickness. The seat and back shall be supported on CRCA square pipe having cross- section area 25.4mm X25.4mm with 1.2mm thick welded together with 25.4mm X 1.2mm thick round pipe. The complete steel structure shall be welded with the base pipe having cross-sectional area 50mm X 25mm and 1.2mm thick for rigidity and stability. 2 nos. foot-step/connector having cross sectional area 25.4mm X 25.4mm and 1.2 mm thick shall be provided for structural support of the frame of the desk and bench. The shelf is made up of 0.7mm thick high yield strength CRCA sheet. It should be supported on CRCA square pipe having cross sectional area 25.4mm X 25.4mm with 1.2mm thick pipe. The front of the desk shall be clad with modesty panel of size 1800mm x 315mm and 0.7mm thick CRCA sheet with perforation for aesthetic appeal. The side panel of the desk and bench shall be made of 0.7mm thick CRCA sheet in folded construction to give an aesthetic look and also has intrinsic rigidity with the assistance of 25.4mm X 25.4mm square pipe placed in vertical position. Hooks shall be provided on vertical side frame on both side of the desk for hanging bags/bottles. The frame is welded using MIG Welding Machine. All exposed ends of tubes shall be covered by Plastic Caps. M6 x 25mm leveler of 6 nos. are provided for easy and proper leveling. Powder coating of thickness 60-70 micron on all metal surfaces are provided after chemical treatment through 7 stages to prevent rusting and ensuring longevity of the product. Warranty- 3 years.
Teachers table: Table dimension 900 x 600 x 740-750 mm with one drawer. The table top made of 19mm MDF board ISI mark with 1mm laminate pasted on top with edge rounded and machine pressed & sealed with 2mm PVC band sealed with hot melt EVA glue. The under structure/frame will be of tubular frame of square tubes size 25.4 x 25.4 x 1.2 mm thick powder coated with 60-70 micron. The shell of drawer is to be made of 0.5 mm thick CRCA MS with metal lock.
