Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and Laying 40 mm thick fine dressed red sand stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per the Directions of Engineer-in-charge

Extra for Kota stone/ sand stone in treads of steps and risers using single length up to 1.05 metre.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Rough cast plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of sand and gravel or crushed stone from 6 mm to 10 mm nominal size, dashed over and including the fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement. - Ordinary cement finish using ordinary cement

Supply Installation testing commissioning of Fountain including 23 Nos of Foam Jet nozzle of brass with stainless steel finish, 2” (50mm) intel size, Spray Dia : 25 mm dia. with G.I header line of 2" (50 mm) with all G.I plumbing fittings, accessories and support made of GI pile with base plate, chemical fastners and clamps with nut bolts for GI pipe line inclusive of painting the GI pipe with two coats of primer and two coats of anti-corrosive paint, 23 RBG underwater 12W - 18 W, IP68 rated different colour LED lights with 4 core 4 sq mm flexible copper cable for RBG Lights and pump, and 1.5 Hp pump for water circulation complete as required and as per the directions of Enginee in Charge. Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage

For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm

For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (4 x 10 Sq.mm Armoled Aluminium Cable)

Supplying and making Termination with brass comperation with gland and aluminium lugs for following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XPEL aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kv gread (4 x 10 Sq. mm.)

Supplying and fixing horizontal type feeder panel single door three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board 415volts, on surface/ mounted, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, eart bar, din bar , interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc as required. ( with including timer, contactor connections,etc)

Supplying and erecting cylindrical shaped integral decorative with high power 20W-24W LED bollard upto 1000mm with opal acrylic diffuser and IP65 protection on provided of RCC foundation having Size 450x450x600 mm installation with MS plate and nut bolt required complete.

Supplying and erecting Centrifugal water pump (Monoblock), 415 V, three phase 50 cycles A.C. supply of 3.75 KW/5 HP with discharge 5.8/8.5 Litres per second (LPS) for head of 20/36 m and 65 mm suction/ 50 mm delivery pipe on provided C.C. foundation as per specification no. WP-CGP
