Demolition above G.L. upto all floor level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in all lead in reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm(fifteen centimeter) thickness as per HP.PWD specification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-1 (One), including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
Demolition of RCC work above ground level upto all floors heights including disposal of unserviceable materials within all lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from R.C.C. works as per HP.PWD specification , including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.
Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiseling and wedging out of rock;(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD.specification of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful & unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and leveling of surplus excavated earth on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) .All usefull materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted along road side to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.
Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall, culvert, drain and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted) as per drawing and technical specification true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site(to be arranged by the contractor), trimming, filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge if the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring, rain seepage and other causes, it shall be removed by the suitable diversion, bailing out or de watering as directed and the area of the foundation shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases.
Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per HP.PWD. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 (Three point One Five ) millimetres thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5 (Thirty into Thirty into Five ) millimetres, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same in-situ-reinforced concrete in:
Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm (two hundred millimeters) in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 :1.5 :3 [ One cement isto One and half sand isto Three graded hard stone aggregate 20 (Twenty) millimeters nominal size] conforming to grade M-25 (M-Twenty Five) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended Floors, roofs and landing, shelves and their support in all floors up to all heights and level, as per H.P.
