Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following transformers: Supply of continuous duty cycle, 11kV/ 415V or 433V, 3 phase, 50Hz, Dyn-11 vector group, step down, indoor type, copper strip wound, dry type - Resin Casted transformer complete with vacuum type OLTC, RTCC & AVR and with all accessories, including winding temperature scanner with alarm and trip contact, fittings and conforming to specifications. Tap changing range shall be +15% to -15% in steps of 2.5%. Transformer shall have cable box for 11kV XPLE cable on HT side & LV Cable box/ Busduct box on 415V or 433V voltage side. One set of 11KV surge suppressor at 11KV and one set of 415V or 433V surge suppressor at 415V or 433V side. Control wiring for from trafo. to RTCC and AVR shall be included in the cost. Transformer shall meet latest ECBC code of India on NO LOAD & ON LOAD power losses. Transformer to be as per technical specifications and any deviation to be submitted with quotation. 1500 KVA capacityContractor / Equipment manufacturer to ensure Transformer design asper MSEDCL requirement and approved GA from MSEDCCL before manufacture asper requirement , also vendor to check proper location of equipment asper site with proper dimension available 3.ITC =Performance Testing & Inspection ( ITC package, including , shifting to excat location and help OEM for assembly unit for installation supporting asper approved specification (, ms support ) , commisioning of unit with coordination MEP vendor , LTpanel , transformer , and MSEDCL team work etc ) 2 Nos - 1500 KVA Capacity
