Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including dismantling of lightening strip if any and refixing the same in position, and removing rubbish out of MD land, all as specified.

Bore packing of all the Spouts to be done with grouting admixture mixes with Cement Concrete / Mortar @225 ml per bag of Cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above GL complete un re-enforced all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub bases of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth and cured for 07 days by Ponding of water over Roof. (b) Preparing fully dried plastered surface as per IS:3067-1966, for further treatment. (c) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.3 Litre per Sqm. (d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (e) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI grade only)

Taking up GI water tubing 15 mm bore from trenches/wall, ceiling or floors including all fittings, segregated and stacking the pipe complete all as directed.

All as per item No 8 here in before but 20 mm bore

All as per item No 8 here -in- before but 25 mm bore

All as per item No 8 here in before but 50 mm bore

Supply, lay and fix 15 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors. all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but 20mm bore.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but 25 mm bore.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but 50 mm bore.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 Ltrs and n exc 1000 Ltrs and removing to store.

S&F 1000 Ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) twisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and as directed .

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffit of beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves etc for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing reinforced Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5 m all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

S&F TMT bars 8 mm dia and over as in stirrups, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, railings and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (upto 04 storey High of building)

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
