S & Installation outdoor type both sided door feeder piller box on bricks foundation with cement plastering and net cement finish on a height of 18” from Gr. Level. The piller box will be fabricated from 3 mm thick sheet steel for body portion and 5mm thick for top portion (roof) . The size of the piller box will be 2000(H) x 1800(W) x 1200(D) mm with inner enclosure [size 1900(H) x 1700(W) x 1150(D) mm] or as appropriate size and base channel (size:- 75mm x 40mm x 6mm ) & making interconnection by suitable size copper flat / wire. Double Locking arrangement will be made with lock and duplicate keys (7 lever godrej, navatal lock) with door handle. Two numbers lighting arrangement with control switch to be made inside the box as working light and 1 no. 250V., 5/15 combined plug socket & switch. Painting will be made by synthetic enamelled paint after 2 coats of red led primer. Bricks foundation will be cement, plastering and neat cement finish. Panel shall be Ethernet ready with necessary converter, 10/100/1000 Mbps Switch, DC Power supply module etc. if required, and there should be single Ethernet Output from the panel to communicate with 3rd party SCADA terminal, connected over Ethernet including inter connection, control wiring etc as required with FRLSH Cu cable. All the releases of Breakers and Communicable Meters should be connected in Daisy Chain through Communication Cable (By 3 Core Shielded Communication Cable for RS485 Port or OEM proprietary High speed Cable or Cat 6 Cable for Ethernet, as the case may be). The system communication architecture should be plug and play and should not involve extensive programming.
Accessories: 8 Channel HMI should be fixed at the door of panel. The HMI should be connected to the breakers through proprietary hi-speed link or through Ethernet (in case MCCB is not having hi-speed link or Ethernet Port in-built, necessary hardware for converting the communication port to Ethernet Port should be included in each MCCB/ACB) in such a way that Display of Voltage, Current, Power, Energy, MD (with date and time stamp), Power Factor, Nature of Fault, TRIP History etc. can be done for the respective breakers. All these activities should also be possible through remote 3rd party SCADA Terminal connected over Ethernet. [Type Test Certificates for short circuit withstand capacity along with ACBs mounted in the Switchboards is mandatory for submission at the time of drawing approval]

Supply & Installation of Electro Zinc Galvanised Hot Dip Galvanised (105 / 400 mm outdoor type) Wiremesh cable Tray in accordance with standard BSEN 12329-2000 with all mounting accessories. Fire test certification should be published in accordance with the E30/E90 standard. Dismantling of LT panel of Sub Station No II with bus bar chamber & Main switches after disconnecting the all incoming & outgoing cables carefully and making temporary connection by providing temporary LT Panel comprising with bus bar of capacity 800 Amp, 630 Amp incoming switch and 4 nos. 63A., 3 nos. 125A. and 3 nos. 160A. outgoing switches on MS frame and socketing the termination of all the cables and supply and drawing of different sizes of cable as required incl straight through cable jointing (as required) to feed power to all the utility services up to 3 days and dismantling the same after completion the Job.

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
