Construction of Civil Buildings for Heat Exchanger with Screw Chiller for ASU # 3 and ASU # 4 at OP-II in BSP

• The bidder shall fulfill the following eligibility criteria

for which documentary evidence shall be submitted

by the bidder in their offer :

A. Bidder should have Experience of having

successfully completed similar works during last 7

(seven) years ending last day of the month previous to

the one in which tenders are invited should be either of

the following:

a) One similar completed work each costing not less

than Rs.42.42 Lakh (Excluding GST)

OR

b) Two similar completed works each costing not less

than Rs. 26.51 Lakhs (Excluding GST)

OR

c) Three similar completed works each costing not less

than Rs. 21.21 Lakhs (Excluding GST)

B) “Similar Works” means experience of execution of “

Civil works in Repair/Construction/reconstruction/

modification which includes RCC work”.

i) Experience should be from Govt. Organizations,

PSU or Public Limited Company.

ii) In support of eligibility and experience, the tenderer

is required to submit self-attested copies of Purchase

Order/ Work Orders/Contract, Completion

Certificate (issued by the concerned authority).

iii) In case, completion certificate is not issued for the

PO / Work Order/ Contract, Bidder shall submit a

document in original issued by the concerned

authority certifying completion of Similar Works

given in the Eligibility Criteria above against

concerned PO / Work Order /Contract.

iv) The work order and completion certificate/ Paid

Bills so submitted should be in the name of

participating tenderer.

v) All work orders having similar work where

completion date falls within 07 years ending last day

of the month previous to the one in which tenders

are invited shall be considered for evaluation as per

Eligibility criteria, irrespective of date of work

order.

• B. Financial Requirements:

i. Average annual financial turnover of the bidder shall

not be less than Rs. 15.91 Lakhs (Rupees Fifteen

Lakh Ninety One Thousand only) during the three

(03) consecutive financial years during 2022-23,

2023-24 & 2024-25.

ii. The Bidder shall submit copy of Turnover

Certificate from Chartered Accountant clearly

evidencing the Annual Financial Turn-over figure

for 3 (three) consecutive financial years as

mentioned herein above in support of their meeting

above stipulated financial criterion and shall contain

the Unique Document Identification Number(UDIN)

for the financial years mentioned above.

iii. Revenue from Operations shall be considered for the

purpose of determining the turnover.

iv. The net worth of the bidder should be positive in the

financial year i.e. 2024-2025, and the same must be

indicated in the certificate issued by Chartered

Accountant.
