It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5) so it has not carcinogen activity with concrete.

Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.
Material & Labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. Material & Labour for cutting out & removal of plants, roots, shurbs etc from the roof, brick/stone wall built in cement mortar & applying chemical GLYPHOSATE 41% SL (Soluble Liquid) mixed with water in the proportion of 1: 75, at the place to avoid re-growing of plants/roots & making good the disturbed portion of roof, wall with brick works in CM 1:3 at wall portion & PCC 1:2:4 at roof slab & matching the surface to existing finish like white wash cement base paint etc over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including disposal of demolished material/ waste out of MD land ( 5th floor to 8 th floor).
Material & Labour for gentaly cleaning the surface of the stone masonry/ stone chips and piers with specialized water misting techniques using air water jet with fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface without over wetting followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified . Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and PH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash painting etc including necessary scaffolding for high rise bldgs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in-Charge Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces.
Supply & Fixing 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel cladding plain of approved colour/ shade to beam/ column/ slab in circular/rectangular shape including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required jointing with silicon gel of approved colour & aluminium tubular hollow section 25 x 25 mm not exceeding 900 mm C/C on exceeding column/ beam/ slab to hold ACP cladding complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note : Colour/pattern of ACP sheet shall be as approved by Engr-in-charge.
Supply & Fixing 3mm plain acrylic sheet for writting letters/ name plates including cutting, notching, bending to shape as required jointing with silicon gel of approved colour & fixed with aluminium or GI frame as required to hold acrylic sheet cladding complete all as specifications. Note : Colour/pattern of acrylic sheet shall be as approved by Engr-in-charge.
Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, soffits, facia roof and applying two coats of smart care damp block 2K acrylic polymer modified cementious high performance coating iover smart care crack seal coat complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr in-Charge
Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces of paver block, chequered tiles etc by cleaning with water to remove loose dust and screb with wire brush to remove algae, fungus and moss groth and applying two coats of floor coat emulson paint complete all as specified and directed. Note - Floor coat emulsion shall be with abrasion resistance and high adhesion strength and formulated to handle vehiculer and human traffic.
Material & Labour for preparation of old plastered and cracked surfaces of walls external, applying two coats of non dilutable Dr.Fixit Raincoat over a coat of Dr.Fixit primeseal primer having dft of 110 micron and elongation of >200% on external surface as per manufaturer instructions and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material & Labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scafolding for external side of high rise bldgs complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for taking down existing tarfelt and old concrete/ plaster from roof top, roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all loose dirt, dust etc and applying 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on PCC padding as per manufacturer instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removing debries outsode MD land complete all as specified . Note -i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. ii) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.
Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as a leveling course/ padding on roof surfaces to maintain proper slope and finished fair and even complete all as specified
Material & Labour for preparing roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3,50 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap and ensure that a constant flow of bitumen is maintained across the whole width of a role and that a bead of bitumen is extruded from all edges to obtain a good seal.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. All the edges of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. (c) Apply solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gm/Sqm (d) Ponding test including supply of water for 72 hours after completion of water proofing work. Note - (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. iii) Treatment shall be carried through approved applicater and as per manufacturers instructions
