Area cleaning in and around the site by cleaning the bushes, debris, fallen trees, waste materials, garbages etc., collecting, conveying and disposing the same at places as shown by the department with a lead of 1Km all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Cleaning of peripheral security fence including removal of wild growth, bushes, weeds, creepers etc. will also be paid under this item.
Cutting and Felling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Girth beyond 30cm, up to and including 60cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level
Cleaning of existing road surfaces & foot paths by mannual or mechanical brooms including collecting, conveying of deposited sand and removing the unwanted vegetation growth and disposing them with a lead of 500 meter etc. all including safety arrangements, barricadings, labour, tools & tackels, machinery all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Cleaning the under ground sewer line/drain line including Inspection chamber, man-hole, cleaning all the sludge and washing with water including all tools & Sewer cleaning flexible rod etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Cleaning the surrounding area of various building at all levels by removing the vegetation growth, including clearing choked rainwater downtake pipes, periodically as and when required including necessary ladders and scaffolding arrangements, Conveying the removed unwanted materials to the bins with a lead up to 1.0 Km etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of under ground road culverts of clear opening Size 14 X 1.5 X 2.0M by manual means from existing road level including removing all types of soil, silt and slush for upto a invert level of culvert including stacking the excavated materials away from the edge of culvert/ chamber/road edge/ trenches and depositing / disposing the surplus excavated earth with a lead of 30 m (Disposed soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and leveled) as directed by Engineer incharge as per specifications. Note: i) The rate shall include dewatering of culverts whenever necessay. ii) The culvert area has to be kept clean for 6 months.iii) Silt deposition may vary depending upon the area to a minimum of 500 mm
All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1km.
Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm, thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufactures specification, 'lmpermo' or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior / Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.
Construction of Inspection chamber of following size internally up to 1.00 metre depth with brick masonry walls of 230/345mm thick using stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 with necessary brick carbelling as required, plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick for external sides of the chamber including excavation in all types of soils, back filling, providing and laying 150mm thick PCC 1:4.5:8 for foundation concrete forming bencing in PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregate etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made precast kerb stone of M-20 grade cement concrete of size 100mm thick & 500mm plus or minus 50mm depth with suitable interlocking arrangement, top chamfering of size 50x70mm or as approved size including excavation, conveying the precast kerb blocks in position to the required line, level and curvature, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm), jointing / pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3, refilling the sides, compacting, making drainage opening wherever required etc., all complete as per specification and as directed. Note: Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment and precast kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron.
