Replacement of delivery line of 5 MGD Sewage Submersible Pump at Nehru Vihar SPS by carrying out the following works: Supply of 250 mm dia MS Pipe made out from 8 mm thick MS Sheet

Supply of 12 mm thick MS Flanges for 250 mm dia MS Pipe

Fabrication & Supply of 250 mm dia bends made out from 8 mm thick MS Sheet, dully welded and having 10 mm thick flanges on both sides

Painting of the newly fabricated column pipes & bends with one coat of red-oxide paint & two coats of anti corrosive black paint.

Rubber insertions for 250 mm dia pipe joints (DJB SOR 2022: Item Code 45.1.81)

Supply Non rising Sluice valve of size 250 mm Make :- Kirloskar / IVC / Other DJB Approved make

Supply of 250 mm dia NRV. Make :- Kirloskar / IVC / Other DJB Approved make

Supply of M.S Nut bolts washer. (DJB SOR 2022: Item Code 45.1.53)

Supply of 10 mm thick heavy duty SS Chain

Providing the clamp for the 200 mm dia MS Pipe made out from 12 mm thick and 80 mm thick MS Sheet. The job also includes providing of suitable size nut & bolts

Supply & fixing of 200 x 100 mm size MS I beam for supporting the above clamp (Required length 8 meter)

Hiring charges of hydraulic mobile long boom crane for upto 20 Ton Capacity for shifting, holding, fixing and filling, balancing the pipe and accessories with diesel oil, mobile oil, operator and help etc. DSR 2018: 0028

Dismantling of the existing 200 mm dia delivery line and removing the submersible pump from the sump with the help of long boom crane and heavy labour.

Fabrication of column pipes using above supplied 250 mm dia MS Pipe & flanges with the help of gas cutter, welding machine, cutter, welder & helper etc. Fixing of the MS Pipe bends with the existing 1100 mm dia rising main upto wet sump. Lowering the pump in wet sump of the pump house after fixing the pipes with the delivery of the submersible pump with the help of long boom crane and heavy labour.
