(b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) separately for both the areas as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Complaint/blockage cleared in one building in a day may be for WC, bath, kitchen, floor/nahani traps etc shall be treated as one complaint. (d) Please note that all the complaints relating to internal sewage (WC/bath/kitchen etc) shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). (e) In case any complaint pertaining to inside the building (WC/bath/kitchen) is not attended by 12.00 hours. A penalty @ Rs. 100% complaint shall affected from contractor payments.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole/Rail Pole of HT/ LT over head line and all MS clamps, cross arm work on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with black and yellow/red synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Material and labour for painting to PCC pole of HT/ LT over head line and all MS clamps, cross arm work on poles and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion paint (weather coat) including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with black and yellow synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply, laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.of size 50 mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia.

S&F, in replacement, GI pipe bracket, made out of GI pipe 40mm dia light grade 1.5mtr long bent to the shape 120 degrees angle all as per site requirement including MS clamps made of FI 50x6mm complete with nuts, bolts & washer as per requirement for mounting fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq.mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connections.

M&L for GI Tubes in repair of following size, medium grade ,galvanised , with clamp of 25x3 flat iron welded to pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintenance of street light / perimeter light / security light / Garden lights/ flood light fitting HPSV/LED, any type/make installed on LT / HT poles, building, by means of replacing any unserviceable parts as and when required complete with labour including taking down, dismantling, re-assembling and re-fixing the fitting at its original location with proper alignment and making good all defects including replacing of nuts/bolts/PVC connections etc complete all as specified and directed.
