Maintenance of Electro Mechanical Machinery Of Thanger Chowdriala along with allied works

Providing and fitting of Main Switch 630 amp of standard quality along with providing, laying and fitting PVC sheathed armoured 20 m 240 square mm 3.5 core aluminium cable from transformer to Main switch and from main switch to voltage stabilizer inside the pump house connected with aluminium thimbles of suitable size duly crimped and properly insulated by applying cotton cable and insulation tape. The main switch was bolted in a fabricated M.S Iron stand and the stand was properly grouted on the wall at suitable place inside the pump room. The job included cost of material, labour charges and all types of carriages involved and hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job.

Servicing of 5 cusec x 48m head pump set coupled with 120 H.P motor 2 Nos. at LIS Thanger Chowdriala by way of dismantling of the pumps, de-coupling from the motor. Dismantling the pump at site cleaning the gland impeller, gland bushes and gland plates and P/F of new gland packing, nut bolts, rubber sealings, applying sufficient amount of grease in gland packing to avoid excessive wear and tear, complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. Re-assembling of pump set at site. The job also includes Repairs/Servicing of motor of 120 H.P 2 Nos. by way of opening of side covers with the help of tools & tackles/manual labour and then extraction of rotor. Cleaning the stator and allowing it dry then applying two alternate coats of varnish and drying each coat by hot air process. Fitting the rotor and greasing of bearings properly. P/F of 12 No. thimbles of required size for motor terminals. Reassembling the motors and coupling it with pumps. Job includes hire charges of tools & tackles, to and fro labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, testing charges, cost of material used for execution of job at site. Complete Job

Repairs/Servicing to 250 KVA voltage Stabilizer by disconnecting all the electrical connections from the voltage stabilizer and then opening the top cover and extraction of core assembly from the stabilizer with the help of chain pulley block and labour. Draining out of the T-oil from the stabilizer. Cleaning of all the coils with recommended chemicals. Servicing/varnishing of all the three coils with recommended chemicals. Servicing/Varnishing of all the three coils by way of applying varnish to them and drying them completely using heating process for at least two days on intermittent heating. Cleaning of the tank of voltage stabilizer by way of recommended chemicals using oil, dhoti cloth, cotton. Lowering of the core assembly after servicing the voltage stabilizer casing. Providing/filling up of fresh transformer oil measuring approx. 210 litres (to be provided by department) Approximately after cleaning the tank and heat. Placing the top cover by providing/fitting of new gaskets, nuts and bolts. The job includes cost of materials and labour charges for the execution of job at site. It also includes hire charges of tools and tackles used including the outstation charges and carrying charges and carriage charges.

Repairs/Servicing of the LT Control Panel for 2x120 HP Motors installed at LIS Thanger Chowdriala. The job involves disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables of L.T control Panel. Dismantling / disconnecting all the components inside the control panel i.e relays, MCCB’s voltmeter, ammeter, selector switches , busbars, HRC fuses etc. cleaning of the body from inside and outside of the L.T control Panel. Cleaning of internal connections , busbars and other recommended chemicals and then fitting to their respective positions in the panel. Providing/Fitting of main incomer MCCB 400 Amp. The Job also includes P/F of protection relays against single phase, Underload and overload voltage by replacing the damaged relays. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour, hire charges of tools and tackles to be employed at site for execution of job.
