Erection of Main & Auxiliary structure

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification including shifting of material/ equipment from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job.

33 KV Circuit Breaker

33 KV Line Isolator

33 KV Bus Isolator/Section Isolator

33 KV CT 400-200/1-1A with junction box

33 KV PT with junction box

33kV C&R tripple feeder panel along with shifting from store to site

Insttalion of ABT Meter with all termination

Laying of following size of control cable in the cable trench from control & relay panel to various equipment in switchyard as per cable schedule its saddling at every 75mm distance with SM saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums form store to laying site and shifting of remaining cables back to store and all other associated works to complete the job.

Termination of control cable of various euipment with switchyard to control panel and drilling of holes in control panel and marshalling box .complete with cable glands, ferrules and other associated works to complete the job.

Jumpering of various equipments i.e CT, PT, ISOLATOR, CB, main bus etc with ACSR panther conductor to equipments & Bus Bar to equipments including measuring,cutting of conductor & shifting of all other associated material from store to work site.

2 Point earthing of structure & equipments with 50x6mm by digging of 0.7 meter deep trench in earth from equipments to sub-station earthmat which includes providing, cutting,welding and bending of MS flat as well as shifting of all other associated material from store to work site. All materials including MS flats to be provided by contractor.

Strengthening of earthing by connecting GI pipe with existing earthmat with 50x6mm by digging of 0.7 meter deep trench in earth which includes providing, cutting,welding and bending of MS flat as well as shifting of all other associated material from store to work site. All materials including MS flats to be provided by contractor.

Painting of Earthing strip 50x6 mm (R. Mtr.) with coat red oxide 2 coat paint with green ISI paint including vertical support.Paint to be provided by contractor.

Installation of name plate for new 33KV bay of size 150x150mm made of 2mm thick Aluminium sheet cover with 2mm retro reflective sheet with all cost of plate, nut bolts and T&P.

Carriage of 33 KV equipments (CT/PT/Isolators/LA/cable) through private truck from various near by sub-stations to 132 KV Sub-station, Sandila alongwith sorting, shifting and loading at sub-station and unloading, stacking at 132 KV sub-station, Sandila.

Pilfer proofing of the cable with G.I. pipe of followng sizes complete with cutting, bending & fixing of pipe alongwith making threads, elbow and other required material from 33 KV CT & PT in switchyard to energy meter in control room:-

Special earthing by way of boring & lowering of GI pipe 50x6mm, 60 feet long from ground upto water level & connecting it to the 33 KV equpments like CT, VCB, PT, LA etc. with 50x6mm MS strip by providing laying, cutting, welding, bending etc. All materials labour and T&P to be provided by the contractor.

Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminum alloy suitable for ACSR panther to panther conductor complete with 04 Nos. 16x90mm sisze GI Bolts & Nuts & spring/plain washers as per sample.

Supply of PG Clamp duly made of LM-6 Aluminum alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to Panther Conductor complete with 04 Nos. 16x90mm size GI Bolts & Nuts & spring/plain washers as per sample.

Supply of 33kV CT clamp suitable for panther conductor

Supply of 33kV Isolator clamp suitable for panther conductor

Supply of Rubber Mat with one side chequered and other side plane of size as per technical specification.

Supply of Copper Bond

Supply of GI perforated cable tray (75mm)

Supply of LED flood light luminaries type FL-1 (150 W) As per technical specification.
