Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep alongwith removing the rubbish n. exc 50mtr & stacking, complete all as specified.

7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with seviceable coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), obtained from srl item No-01 above, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs Solar Road Stud 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm made from aluminium alloy, Solar powered by monocrystal solar panel, with One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery, approximate view distance 1000 mtrs, LEDs 0-10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces for high brightness of different colours with back-up 12 hours of continuous lighting at night complete all as specified and directed. Model : Dhruv DA 110 of Dark eye or equivalent of Sinor Infrastructure / Green lite/ Road star / 3M

Supply and fixing in repairs delinators size 700mm x 50mm x 100mm ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia duly painted with powder quoted anti rust & anti theft steel net in yellow/white colour, vertically embedded in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of block size 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm including necessary earth work and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Cat part No-DA-952 GP ABS of make- Dark Eye or equivalent in Greenlite/Road star / Gogia plastics.

Marking lines 2.5mm thick, dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified & directed.

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 30mm depth and not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, putting in & including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg/sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and as directed.
